We are absolutely thrilled with our groomer at Kaiser Pet Care LLC! Thanks to Laura, their amazing groomer, our girls have grown so much in confidence throughout their grooming journey. Laura is not only highly skilled but also a fear-free certified trainer with extensive education both in the U.S. and Norway.

She goes above and beyond grooming—she’s given us invaluable behavioral tips, advice, and even "homework" to help our girls thrive. Her genuine love for animals and dedication to their overall well-being truly shines through in everything she does.
Laura is a hidden gem!
We started bringing our 2 miniature Schnauzer girls here when they were 3 months old and started with the puppy package, which was perfect for us, we would drop them off and Laura introduced them to the various grooming tools. Every time we came, she would update us on their progress until we graduated to full grooming sessions. A year later, our girls are fully confident and happy to come see Laura. Laura also hand strips our dogs, something we were clueless about. She was able to inform us and educate us on the benefits this brings our dogs; she has set us up for a LIFETIME of success. We're extremely grateful and happy.

Laura provided us outstanding dog walking training using the long lead method. Both our hound and small dogs responded very well - it transformed their behavior on walks. Once you understand the restrictive and negative nature of using a short lead for recreational walks you get what the dogs actually need. Even though they wander and stop more on long leads they still move in the overall direction that you choose. The experience has made them more calm and happier overall. All I can say is "WOW". When I rescued my dog, Brody, he was terrified of men, new situations, and wouldn't let anyone touch his paws. We worked on it with a trainer but unfortunately had several traumatic events at both Petsmart and Petco that left him unable to be brushed by anyone but me and unable to clip his nails without sedation meds at the vet, which always left him scared and out of it for a whole day afterwards. Then my friend suggested I try Kaiser pet care... From the very first visit I could tell this was going to be a much better experience. The staff is knowledgeable about all breeds, coat types, and was patient working with my pup. Now Brody runs to our door and hops in the car when I say "grooming time". When the staff come out to get him, he goes right inside after his pre-grooming belly rubs. We no longer have to sedate him, he doesn't mind having his nails clipped by them, and he looks so happy after every visit. I highly recommend them to anyone who may have skittish pups because their fear free techniques are absolutely amazing.

I have entrusted my pets to Laura and Kaiser Pet Care for over 7 yrs now after trying numerous pet grooming services. She truly knows and loves her business. My Rotweillers and Cocker Spaniel fight to get in the truck when they know they are heading over to spend an hour with her. If you want the best for your pets look no further. We’ve been visiting Kaiser for grooming appointments for the last 8 years for our two corgis. Laura and her team has always been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and loving with our corgis…one of whom doesn’t love the grooming process. So it’s no surprise that we reached out to her for advice when our corgi, Gatsby, was having intense resource guarding issues. I reached out for advice as I was feeling like we had no choice but to rehome him. She offered to come over the next day to assess his behavior and offer some training support as a last ditch effort. I am SO glad I did because he has been a changed dog the last several months. We’ve worked with countless trainers on this issue and none suggested the strategies she offered but her strategies worked almost immediately. She looked at him holistically and offered ideas for us to build his trust, offer a calmer environment, all while managing his problematic behaviors. We went from feeling like we had no chance but to rehome Gatsby to feeling confident about supporting him and his needs. We can’t recommend Laura and her team enough!

If you’re looking for a groomer, you’ve found a rare gem in a sea of options! I can’t recommend Kaiser Pet Care enough. They genuinely care about your pups well-being and take the time to build a positive association with all aspects of grooming at the dogs pace. You won’t regret the kindness, commitment, and time they take to gain your pups trust and work within their thresholds.

The team genuinely cares about helping set your dog up for success so they are not only comfortable with grooming but also enjoy it. They are experts at what they do and it shows through their work and how excited our girl is always is to see them. After lots of belly rubs, she happily trots inside. She also always looks like the same dog when she comes out, which isn’t always the case with some groomers.

We were fortunate enough to find them when our girl was a puppy so they’ve been working with her through their puppy package. She has fear aversion with her nails and bath from the breeder. They’ve been working with June to desensitize her and build positive associations with these and after only a few sessions, we’ve seen great improvement.

You’ll never have to worry if your pet is being cared the way you would want when they are at Kaiser. We are thankful to have found them and so grateful for how well they treat our girl.

I highly recommend Kaiser Pet Care grooming to anyone with a nervous or anxious pup. Laura really takes her time to be sure that the dogs feel comfortable and she always puts their health and safety ahead of all other concerns. It is clear that she is a true animal lover and concerned for the welfare of the dogs she sees. Our Baxter has seizures and we try to avoid stressful situations whenever possible. Since he is a mini poodle, he requires regular grooming. I am so glad that I have found a place to take him where I know they will be tuned into how he is handling the grooming and where I know they are 100% looking out for his well-being. That means so much to me as a loving dog mom!
