My name is Mila, and I love Kahoots! Everyone there is so nice and always says hi to me and my mom when we arrive. They know my routine—I like to walk around the store, check out all the smells and toys. After my mom buys me my favorite food and chats with all the employees, she’s always laughing. I’m waiting for my treat and the compliments they give me. I give Kahoots and their employees 10 stars!

This store is absolutely wonderful! The staff is all so friendly and helpful, have great recommendations and can help you find the greatest products for your pets that will make them thrive!! We switched our pets to kahoots food and their health has never been better. Chris is the kindest and most helpful worker ever. It’s always a pleasure to walk into this store!

The store is always clean and the staff is great. No issues with the mask and no judgment or rudeness! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the foods, treats and helped me learn the best way to treat my dogs new apparent allergy to Petsmarts top brand of food. We switched to kahoots brand and her hotspots are clearing up. The prices are a little high but, mostly comparable to petsmart prices. Love that they are close and part of our local community.

Kahoots in Fallbrook has an excellent team that is happy to greet you and your dogs when you visit! They give treats to your pets, help you shop if needed and even does carry out for you. My two doggies Bella and Brady get so excited when I park in front of the Kahoots store... it's their favorite place to visit! They have a wide selection of dog food, treats and toys. A+ in customer service and quality of pet supplies.

Walked in, Store was EMPTY. 3 staff were there staring creepily at customers walking in. Super awkward so I immediately turned around and left. They might of thought they were doing their job but they have an awful vibe. F No! Will never go back there.

I am visiting from Florida and needed food for Lucy. They have a large inventory of human-grade dog food in the refrigerated section. She loves what I bought here better than the Farmer's Dog I have delivered at home. Unfortunately, we don't have a Kahoots where I live!

While visiting family, we visited to pick up a few forgotten items for our dogs. The staff was amazing helpful, they had the typically harder to find brands that we like for our pets. Prices were great and the house brand products are everywhere.
