K9 Master Dog Training

Lena is amazing! From my first call with her I knew we were in good hands and I would highly recommend her. We did a 2-week board and train for our 3-4 month old puppy since we had to travel soon after adopting and wanted structured care and continued training while we were gone. Lena was able to teach him place bed, down stay, loose leash walking, and even worked on house manners and socialization. I really liked that Lena was so loving toward our pup while also having a confident presence and getting his respect. She gave us lots of helpful tips and has been available afterward to answer questions. I am so glad to have her as a resource, and we will be sending our pup back to her for boarding!

Lena is brilliant with dogs as a trainer. Dogs LOVE her! But more importantly, she is extremely professional and generous with her time when it comes to training YOU, the dog owner, too! She helped my 2-yr old rescue beagle-terrier and I work on his major separation anxiety with crate training, leash walking, and more. What sets Lena apart from other trainers is that after the board-and-train period and the comprehensive lesson with me, she then scheduled multiple follow-up calls, was available for all my one-off questions, and provided comprehensive written guidance. She always has time for my questions. Based on the great experience my dog and I had with Lena, months later I also used her for long-term boarding (30 days) when I had to travel out of state. I had complete trust and peace of mind that my dog would be happy and loved in her care. I highly recommend Lena and I look forward to using her services many times in the future. Which makes my pup very happy! :)

Lena is the most amazing dog trainer and worthy of every praise! We have worked with her to train three different dogs we rescued over the years and her knowledge and effectiveness never ceases to amaze. She is a very experienced professional trainer who is compassionate, fun, energetic, and patient with dogs (and people alike) and she understands their positive and negative behavioral motivations. Lena spends time listening to the circumstances to investigate what causes certain behaviors and comes up with both short term and long term plans to help. She has successfully helped us through issues such as aggressive behaviors, separation anxiety, possessiveness, recall training, introducing a new dog to a household with an existing dog, leash pulling, jumping, dietary changes, crate training and even basic commands. I trust my dog's life with Lena and have witnessed first hand her effective training techniques in teaching dogs and their caretakers how to set up the dogs for success in this challenging world. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and have learned so much from her.

Lena has been great to work with so far. She's very responsive, fairly priced, and patient with us and our new dog. We really appreciated her experience with strong breeds.

I highly recommend Lena for training with dogs who have mild to moderate behavioral issues. She is excellent, and has a strong passion for dogs. She has volunteered with RDR for over 5 years and deal with our longer term, harder to place dogs who have behavioral issues. She does excellent correcting leash aggression, as well as issues a dog is having in the home. I have recommended her to many of our adopters whom were all very pleased!

Lena has made a tremendous difference in our dog's behavior. More impressively, the change was immediate! I can't recommend her highly enough.
