I ordered kennels for my Veterinary hospital in May 2021, they Shipped in August. They did state shipping may be delayed due to Covid. When they arrived on the pallet a few of the corners appeared bent. We reported it to Freight company as damaged. As we started to unload pallet there were multiple bent panels, covered in rust spots, and some panels were damaged had slices in stainless steel panel under the protective sheeting that was not damaged. I contacted the company the day cages were delivered and left message about poor condition of product. My husband and I tried to assemble the cages for 2 days turning panels all different ways and the holes don't line up. Contacted the company 6 times now, sent multiple pictures and videos of everything that was wrong and they were supposed to ship out new correct panels. Two and a half weeks later still haven't shipped correct replacement parts. No place to put my patients as other cages were removed the morning the new cages arrived.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I spend thousands of dollars on their composite dog houses. They are complete garbage. Extremely brittle and do not work well at all for Labradors. I purchased 3 of the X Large and all three have broken apart in some fashion within 2 days of having them. And yes, they were put together correctly but they are not quality enough to withstand the use of a dog. They look great though!

Do NOT buy from this company. We ordered a dog kennel that was 3700 dollars shipped to us. We received an email that said to refuse the order if it was damaged and call them. We did this. The employee when we called said we may be charged a restocking fee if we cancel but should not and would not be charged shipping. Now this company will not refund our money and if they do, they are only refunding 1039 dollars., the rest is so called freight. It was damaged ! The shipping company pays damaged good bill. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!! 0 stars. Reporting to consumer affairs and have no choice but to move forward with litigation.

Saw the negative review. I’ve used this kennel with 2 German shepherds. It’s worked great with no issues for 5 years. I used landscape timbers as a base to keep it off the ground. No rust or problems.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. While their kennels might be inexpensive, it has little bearing on the time and money that you will waste if you purchased from them. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. And the quality of the kennel is certainly subpar. Avoid.
