We are incredibly happy with our experience boarding our girl at K9 Haven for 2 nights. We were a little nervous since we just adopted our girl a month ago, but the staff was so kind and welcoming and the facilities could not be any better. We were taken for a tour and it was the cleanest, nicest, highest quality boarding facility I've ever seen. You can really tell they put so much thought into their facilities and truly care for each dog. They set up a sniff room for our dog and sent daily picture updates. When we picked her up she didn't really seem like she wanted to leave - she could have kept playing all day! We also bought some toys and treats from their well-stocked shop. We'll surely be back whenever we come back to BV! Wish we had a K9 Haven in Fort Collins - she'd certainly be attending daycare. Thanks so much!

When a local dog groomer (Traveling Dog Groomer) bailed on my dog and I, k9 haven came in clutch! They were extremely friendly and kind. I was in a bind and needed help and they were there! With a self wash station for you to wash and blow dry your dog, I was able to at least do that! Even though they have a groomer, we did not get a chance to see them. Hoping that changes in the future once I am back from vacation. Convenient, friendly, local!

My pup needed socialization and confidence building, so we signed her up for doggie daycare. K9 Haven’s entire staff took so much care in making sure she was safe and got to play with others. I am so relieved we have a place I can also bring her for overnight care when needed. Plus their store has great treats and toys!

I cannot recommend this location enough! We planned a weekend at the Surf Hotel and couldn't bear to leave our dog at home. This location is only four minutes down the road from the hotel, and after meeting the staff, I felt so relieved knowing he was going to enjoy his weekend just as much as we did. Their facility is meticulous, and the staff is incredibly kind. We received picture updates and even got a tour of the space. I wish they were closer to our house because I would love to use them for all our boarding needs! We will be back!

I'm so glad K9 Haven is in Bunea Vista!! I regularly see people asking where their dog can hang out while they spend some time in our area, and this facility is the perfect place for a few hours, or overnights. With attentive and amazing staff always on hand, I feel like my dog finally has a safe place to go hang out.

We used the self wash today, for a very affordable price and well thought out space. Everything was included, and it made for a really easy and fun experience for me and my girl!

The facility is really impressive, and you can tell that everyone there is passionate about what they do. We absolutely love it, thanks for all the hard work!

Incredible service and attention to detail! K9 Haven takes the best care of my little girl! They truly treat my pup so lovingly like one of their own and she comes home tired and happy. I'm very grateful for such a kind, caring, and professional service! This place is the best!

Thank you K9 Haven team! What a great facility for boarding and doggy daycare. Gus our 5 month old husky mix has been going for toddler tumbler play time and wow does he love it! He receives supervised socialization from the caring and knowledgeable staff and comes home worn out and happy. What a great addition to our community.
