We initially had pretty good experiences with this groomer. They were generally on time and responsive. They did a decent job, especially early on. And the convenience of mobile grooming made up for the fact that our monthly expense for cutting the hair of one dog was higher than the combined monthly expense of cutting the hair of two adult humans.

Once the pandemic started easing up, the quality went down. For a few months, they'd been leaving his fur longer than we requested. So, last week, I asked for it to be a tiny bit shorter -- one setting on the trimmer.

Something got lost in translation, I guess, because they practically shaved him.

But the real problem comes from their response. When I got him from the van, I asked what happened. They assured me that this was one setting shorter than we'd been getting. You can see that it wasn't.

Later, I texted to follow up and ask what size I'd need to ask for next time...and they ghosted me. After a transaction totaling over $200, which followed years of monthly $200+ transactions

They have failed to respond to another text from me and one from my wife. We got a little worried so we sent an email. No dice. As a last-ditch effort (in this day and age), we made a call to each of their phones. Nothing. I guess you need to spend over $300 to get a reply nowadays? No thanks.

Staff were friendly but arrived 1.5 hrs late, washed my two dogs in 45 mins. Neither dog smelled as nice or felts as soft as they do from our usual groomer (who charges less). My wife assumed from their coats they had not been washed. Washing may have been vigorous as it agitated my one dogs bad knee and left her limping

After trying to get a quote for a bath, I was denied any information on the cost of service. Considering I had my pet groomed with them before, their blatant refusal for providing customer service demonstrates their lack of transparency and professionalism.

They’re professional and nice but it cost double $130 + for a regular wash no nail clip yikes wouldn’t do it again was surprised at how expensive it was
