I give K9 Caring Angels Dog Training 5 stars for their dog training services. We had two chocolate labs sent to their training. Our one year old lab went for two weeks and the 4 year old lab for 10 days. The two dogs stayed with them throughout their training. Both dogs came back well trained. Caring Angels brought each dog home when the training was completed. Caring Angels spent two hours with us showing us at our home showing us how to continue training the dogs and all the commands. We now have two well trained dogs that we can now take places and walk on a leash. I am extremely happy with this dog training company. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing dog training.

Caring Angels offers boarding to dogs the has trained with them. This will be great when we go on vacation. We would be comfortable leaving our dogs with them.

I was referred to K9 Caring Angels by a coworker that had a positive experience. I reached out hesitantly as I previously worked with a dog trainer in hopes of introducing my dog with my partner's dog. The meeting with the previous trainer went HORRIBLY. So I was nervous, but saw the improvement with my coworkers dog and decided to give it a shot. We put Bailey and Wednesday into the two week training that was offered and asked that they try to train them together as much as possible. We were incredibly impressed with the constant updates, photos and videos we received on a daily basis. Angela and Rob took the time to personalize their training for their unique needs and it really shows! It is expensive, but after going through the process we both understand all the effort and love that goes into the process, and it is well worth it. Not only did our pups get along amazingly, we are finally able to take them out with us to parks, breweries and pet stores! Above all, they made sure our girls were safe and healthy, which was our main priority. We could not be happier and would highly recommend.

--K9 Caring Angels has been life changing for our home. Our two lab-mix rescue puppies' wild, rough play and frenetic energy disrupted the comfortable, quiet life my husband, 2 older Bostons, and I were living--we needed immediate help. Angela, Rob, and Mackenzy worked with our girls on a staggered schedule so that each lab-mix could have individual training time as well as overlap in the home with her sister. This individual and team attention allowed K9CA to see and focus on correcting the behaviors in the puppies that bring out the more aggressive sides of the new sisters, and more importantly, train us to notice and correct those behaviors before they disrupt the lives of our Bostons and guests to our home.

--Sweet Jimi, approx 8 months old; isn’t quite used to her own body size or strength, and can overpower all of us in the house even at under 50 pounds. She didn't listen to us and I could not physically hold onto her on walks. Now, with the e-collar, she is responsive and still loving and very playful, not losing one ounce of puppy curiosity, desire to chase squirrels, or 'need' to meet every person she sees. It's just now we can help manage those interactions!

--Miss Parker, approx 18 months; abandoned young and possibly abused; very skittish with males. She bonded with me instantly at about 7 months and graduated puppy obedience class at 10 mo. But when Jimi came to us, Parker’s training and manners disappeared and she began having accidents in the house again and chased every animal off our property, even chomping on a few that weren’t quick enough. At 30 pounds, she is quite fast and agile, but easier to control on leash than Jimi. However, her unpredictable behavior was stressful for all of us. K9CA saw a timid lab-mix at first who came out of her shell by day 6 or 7, and showed us all how well-behaved and smart she really is in the end. Parker came home ready to listen to us both--though still much more attentive to mom than dad--and no more accidents!

--Angela and Rob have taken great care in educating us on how to use the devices and when it might be necessary to change intensity for each of our dogs. For example, Miss Parker is extremely sensitive to the e-collar, while Jimi might be part elephant. We are also learning about the commands we have been used to giving in our own training before K9CA, and how to integrate or migrate those into a new lexicon--having the whole house all on the same page, no matter the lexicon, is crucial. The persistent chat with K9CA is so helpful for questions and encouragement. We keep learning new things about both Jimi and Parker, but they are still our sweet babies and we cannot thank K9CA enough for helping give us a chance to have well-mannered, caring puppies who inspire joy & give love instead of spread stress & chaos. We are true believers in this method and love seeing wagging tails & smiles when we pull out the collars in the morning! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Tucker, my miniature schnauzer, recently graduated from training at K9 Caring Angels Dog Training. We love all the skills and improvements he has accomplished. He is able to walk in public awithout pulling or darting. He is able to sit and wait patiently and can be quiet on command. Tucker, is a FOMO puppy, so all of these transition were new and took a lot of training because he is very nosy by nature. Tucker learned he must wait his turn 💙🩵 He has accomplished so much in a short time. McKenzie was SO helpful in the journey we had at K9 caring Angels!! She was a blessing.
Pongo graduated and has continued to show what he’s learned, no matter how stubborn he is.

She went out of her way to do research on Pongos reactivity and had so many tips sent my way as we continue on the journey of his reactivity. He just turned one in August and working him at this age was such a solid ground to build up from.

I totally recommend ato anyone looking for a solid baseline to start your pup at, to sign up for the classes. The one on one with a trainer like McKenzie is worth it!

Words can’t express how grateful I am to have found K9 Caring Angels!

I adopted a 10-month old Great Pyrenees mix from a rescue agency that saved him from a kill shelter. He displayed alpha tendencies and had lots of energy (eg. mounting, chewing, jumping). I grew nervous that I did not have the ability to keep him (eg. physical strength, space, knowledge and experience with his breed).

Enter Angela! She quickly scheduled an evaluation that answered all of my training questions, and proposed the two-week board and train program for my dog, Bruno. She took note of our goals for this program and was flexible in scheduling.

Bruno was then perfectly matched with Sarah. Sarah’s intelligence and kindness was apparent from the moment we met her. She sent videos and pictures daily, gave feedback on his progress, and answered any questions I had. He came back home a gentleman, who listens on walks, cuddles on the sofa, no longer continuously mounts/jumps/barks to get my attention and can join me in public outings/car rides. Most importantly, following Bruno’s training, Sarah taught me how to be confident in my dog ownership and leadership and has been available for any follow up questions. There is now a bond and level of trust between me and my dog that I did not know was possible. With the tools that K9 Caring Angels provided, this bond and trust will only grow!

We have only wonderful things to say about K9 Caring Angels Dog Training! Not only were Rob and Angela incredibly communicative with us through the entire 10-day sleep away training program — sending 5+ videos of our pup every day, but they loved our 5 month old Doodle like a member of their own family! Jax was trained so well and even passed the Canine Good Citizen certification following training, and is now an ESA for our daughter at college. Their training techniques are top notch and WORK!! We have an amazingly well behaved and obedient dog now and are just so thrilled. Best decision ever! We now also have the benefit of being able to board Jax with them when we go out of town. And let me tell you, the highlights of the day were when all the dogs got to run the secure property together, play and get their zoomies out! K9 Caring Angels made a life-changing impact while working with our puppy, Riley. We were particularly impressed by their expertise and commitment to their clients. We were able to learn about the training program prior to enrolling for the training. We watched the training videos, which were thoughtful and informative. Riley was pulling hard on the leash at home. Our dinner time was difficult. She wanted to be on the edge of the kitchen counter searching for food while we were eating. Our main concern was that Riley was so energetic and enthusiastic around our young grandchildren, making it difficult for them to visit with us. She was becoming a challenging dog to handle. She tortured our cat by wanting to play. Over a period of 2 weeks, Sarah helped Riley learn to better manage these impulses and become more consistent and reliable in basic obedience, manners and commands. She worked with her to improve her focus and attention. Most importantly, Sarah's teaching style is direct but gentle, and centered on positive-reinforcement techniques. Riley continues to improve her knowledge and technique at the group sessions that are offered as ongoing training. She's often excited about meeting people and has a lot of energy. She's developed manners and sits patiently waiting to meet and greet people now. It's been a game changer! The grandchildren are happy having Riley back and she is maintaining well alongside them while they play. The cat is much happier now that Riley shares her space respectfully and doesn't chase after her anymore. She's always happy to see Sarah , which I think is a testimony to the type of trainer that she is.

In addition to helping Riley, Sarah helped us learn how to most effectively work with our puppy. She is excellent at communicating concepts and ideas, as well as helping us shape our behaviors in working with Riley. She provided us with videos during her board and training sessions and guidance for working with Riley when she returned home. Riley delightfully watches her videos on occasion. She loves hearing Sarah's voice! Sarah is a pleasure to be around and someone from whom I could easily learn.

We're forever grateful for all of the wonderful care and kindness that Sarah and her family has shown Riley as they welcomed her into their home. We would easily and gladly recommend her to anyone looking for training. She's amazing!
