My dog Luciano only needed a wash and nails to be trimmed and specifically asked not to trimming his fur. I am so sad and Luciano can feel how badly he looks. They chopped my dogs hair, a cut that took me 10 years to get it to perfection, his beared and main was everything on his looks and now he looks like a poodle and he is not one. They shaved him terribly and cut on places without any experience. I am frustrated and will never but never take my dog there.

Here are pics of the chopping on top of his head. Also, they chopped his hair cutting his beard leaving a few hairs. Again, aside from his loving personality his hair cut made the Luciano with the cool hair cut everyone we go, until they CHOPED my dogs hair. Here are before on the left full hair after a nice grooming and to their right how they did it. Once again, i am really sad because after i asked not to cut his hair they did it anyway and Luciano feels ashamed, i can tell he is not acting his normal self

Very nice place To get your dog groomed. I have an older dog that has never been to the groomer and they were very kind and they did an excellent job on my dog. I’m very happy with how he looks.

This is literally the worst dog grooming service I’ve ever been to. I had a Pomeranian and she shaved him bald he went in for a tighten up trim to get his nails clipped he left, looking like a sphinx cat when I confronted the owner, she tried to use her language barrier, as a reason why she didn’t understand if you don’t speak English, you shouldn’t Servicing English speaking clients. I hope this small business gets shut down immediately. She has no skills in anyway. They keep closing everything else you people need to be closed with an urgency

I don’t recommend this place at all !!! I’m not the type of person to leave a review but this place DOES NOT have the right experience and don’t know how to do their job right. It was my first time taking my puppy to get a grooming and after he was picked up he came home very traumatized and scared of every little noise, they dont’t care about how they make your dog feel. When he is such an active dog. They did a terrible job, they left him very bald, they shaved all his hair off and had uneven hairs sticking out from his face. I find out they leave all the dogs bald. They use the excuse that he had his hair very messy and they can do a better haircut next time. I am very upset and disappointed , this is the first and last time i’ll take my dog to this place. Do not take your dogs here!
