Great store! I bought a ball python snake and it looked very docile and healthy. The staff was beyond excellent and helpful. The Prices are also great (the best around). One of the many things I liked about the store is that they ask the necessary questions to make sure that you have the habitat set up right. Good on them for doing that.This is probably the best pet store I have ever went to. I will be back for sure!

Have been a long time client of this fine establishment. Bearded dragon, Greek tortoise, and albino corn snake all purchased from Jungle Bob's. The staff is so knowledgeable & truly care about their animals & their customers. Just had to use boarding services for the first time due to pipe burst in my home. All took great care of my Turty, process was easy & reasonably priced (and included food for my hungry girl!. I was able to visit her when I needed too. Can't say enough good things about everyone here! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my Turty!

I've been purchasing from Jungle Bobs since 2012 and they have been amazing from start to finish. Everything from reptiles and materials. We recently purchased a baby Red Tegu about 1 yr ago. He's grown into a massive Lizard, and walks around the house as he pleases. We love every moment of it. Including the Baby Blue Dunpy Frog brothers that Croak every night from Jungle Bobs.. All Reptiles from Jungle Bobs have been successful.(No Complaints). That's just to name a few!!! Jungle Bobs also has some of the best Cork Bark available that you would only see at a convention.

It’s a great place if you like paying 50% more than other reptile supply sources, or if you prefer to purchase reptiles with undisclosed internal or external injuries and diseases. There are other much better places on Long Island to purchase your reptiles and reptile supplies. Ive been an avid reptile keeper and breeder for decades, do yourself a favor and take my advice.

Just received my baby Mangrove Monitor. He appears to be very healthy and is quite active inside his new home. Tyler called me to personally verify when I would like my monitor sent, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even sent an email with a picture of the exact monitor that I was receiving. This was my first time ordering a reptile online and they made it an incredible and enjoyable experience. I will absolutely be buying my next pet reptile from them again!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Jungle Bob’s, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone looking for healthy reptiles or decent customer service.

I purchased two geckos from them, and within 30 minutes of driving home, they were dead. Shocked and upset, I immediately called and emailed the store, providing proof that they had passed during my short drive. They told me to return to the store so they could “figure it out.”

When I got there, instead of professionalism or concern, I was accused of swapping them with dead geckos and trying to scam them. I even offered dashcam footage proving I never stopped anywhere or even entered my home, yet they refused to consider it.

The owner, Jungle Bob himself, was beyond unprofessional. Instead of addressing the situation properly, he became hostile, insulted me, called me suspicious, and degraded my character. He outright refused to take any responsibility, cursed at me, and still had the audacity to only offer 2/3 of my money back after all the disrespect.

If you care about customer service, integrity, or the well-being of the animals you’re purchasing, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I regret ever giving them my business.
