Jules is awesome. We have a "special" dog who was abused before we got him and he is usually not nice to anyone the first time he meets them. But he loved Jules right away, and it has been great to have her come to our house when we go on trips and play with our dog, walk him, feed him, etc. I would definitely recommend Jules!

We love Jules! We really needed help to find the right person to walk out chocolate lab while we are at work all day... he was getting bad anxiety. We were refered to Jules and from the moment she came to meet our pup, I knew he instantly loved her. He walked right up to her and dropped his ball at her feet! He never does that, and I knew he felt instantly comfortable around her. Having Jules walk ou pet while we are gone all day has cut out his anxiety and barking while we are gone. Our neighbors are happier, we are not stressed, and our lab has another best friend. She is always there when we need her, always sends a message or picture to let us know how his day is going, and we trust her so much. Plus, she even created this adorable doggie journal with a chocolate lab on the front to log his visits.
We are all so glad to have found Jules!!

This was the first time I ever left my 3 year old Schnoodle with a pet sitter but I can happily and comfortably say that it will not be the last. My dog loved Jules and Dan the minute he met them and so did I. Jules and Dan took the time to come over and meet Benji a few days prior to me leaving town. They took the time to help me feel at ease and answer any questions I had. I used Jules’ services for 7 overnight stays and 7 afternoons. I received daily messages and photos letting me know that Benji was doing well. It really helped put my mind at ease. I was so happy to come home and find that Benji was just as happy-go-lucky as ever. He was in excellent spirits and I instantly could tell he had a great week with Dan and Jules. Dan even left my home nicer than I had left it. I am so grateful to have found Jules Royalty Pet Care. I now feel comfortable enough to plan more travels knowing that my sweet Benji will be in excellent hands.

Jules has been our kitty’s friend for many years. Our girl was getting up in years and having lots of health issues. The vet said there wasn’t anything left to do for her. She wouldn’t eat and it was heartbreaking to watch her waste away. After one communication session with Jules thiugh, everything turned around. Apparently, she didn’t like the prescription food we were giving her so we switched to regular food and some supplements. It didn’t take long for her to get back to her regular, energetic self. That was two years ago. She’s 17 now and still going strong.Jules gave us another chance and we can’t thank her enough.

Jules is wonderful. She takes excellent care of our pup and really goes above & beyond. She's helped me navigate caring for our dog when she had an upset tummy and is flexible about adding walks/visits. She texts us each visit so we know what's going on. Above all our dog loves Jules, we couldn't be happier with her care.

I was lucky to meet Jules and quickly saw that she is an animal lover and passionate about caring for pets. She is trustworthy, dependable and easy to work with whether it's walking dogs or caring for cats. Animals take to her immediately as she has a "zen-like" quality that puts you and your animal at ease. As a pet sitter myself she has been helpful in caring for my customer's critters.
