I can’t say enough great things about Joann’s Ruff cuts! I’ve been bringing my dog here for the past five years, and every visit has been a fantastic experience. My dog is now 15 years old, and as a senior pup, she requires a bit more care and gentleness. Joann’s goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and loved.

my appt at noon was cancelled because I was rude to johann 3 months ago when my emotional dog was in a cage for almost 3 hours before the table I was frantic at 2 and a half being disabled, so I asked johann could you call me when shes ready for him I live 5 minutes away I had left a msg on the appt tab and she said she does not read msgs and she will never forget I was rude, no I was bipolar ptsd without my dog. she is rude and vengeful hanging onto a grudge in customer service platform

Highly recommend. This was our second time getting our Australian Shepard a trim from Joanns and we couldn’t be happier with the result and the service!! Amazing group of folks and amazing cuts, nail trim, teeth cleaning the whole 9!! They even gave him a cute Easter bandanna!!
