Jenn's Pets did an amazing job looking after our dog while we were away in Japan for two weeks. They were great at keeping in touch and very professional. They had a dedicated team that we were able to meet upfront. Jenn’s Pets utilizes an app that provided a seamless way to communicate and to keep track of items completed every time our pup was visited via a checklist. Our dog was very happy and well taken care of when we got back. Highly recommend them!

Jenn, Ryan, Angela and Nicole are the absolute best pet sitters I’ve ever had!! I cannot recommend them enough! They’ve freed for my 3 cats, including my two kittens since they were babies! They care for them as if they are their own pets!

My older cat rarely comes out or eats for sitters but whenever Nicole watched them, Delilah came out for snuggles and food! I love that they offer a variety of different lengths or visits so when I’ve been gone longer; and when my kittens were young I booked hour long visits so they got plenty of play and love and not just food. And when I’ve had a short time way I’ve booked shorter visits where they still tot play and love but just shorter! It’s hard leaving my babies but I’ve never worri r about them when they have been under the care of Jenn Ryan Angela or Nicole! When I’ve had emergencies like a recent unexpected hospital stay, they were able to accommodate me and were flexible with my uncertain return home day!

I love that they leave a lockbox with your key outside their house so when emergencies happened I did not need to worry about how to get my keys to them! And the program they use makes scheduling easy, and they enter in details about each visit like how much they ate and pictures too!

And their prices are less than other professional pet sitters I’ve spoken to even though they offer more services! And with the different visit type options, you have ability to decide how long of a visit to book and how many visits per day! This has allowed me to make adjustments in the services I requested based on my budget at the time and how long I planned to be away, whether it’s a quick visit just to take care of their basic needs or a long visit with time to play and get cuddles!

Bottom line is these are the best pet sitters! They were highly highly recommend to me when I asked for pet sitter recs on NextDoor where many of their clients suggested them!

they have multiple people working so they can almost Always accommodate your needs, and they go above and beyond most sitters in the care and love they show your pets!

They truly love and understand animals and their different personalities and needs and it shows! I highly recommend them - eo give them a try! They’ll meet with you and your pets to learn about their routines and meet them before booking so you can see for yourself how great they are!!

I’m moving away and one of the worst parts of moving for me has been leaving such great pet sitters to care for my babies when I’m away (for the holidays to see family, emergency medical issues and other trips too!) I know I won’t be able to replace them!

Jenn and her team at Jenn's Pet TLC did a fantastic job of taking care of our dog while we were out of town for a week. The process was simple and we instantly felt comfortable from the first meet and greet. Throughout our trip the team maintained consistent communication including pictures and notes after each visit. The ease and the use of the app was fantastic and we loved the creativity in some of their updates. I can't rave enough about the entire crew and their high level of professionalism.
