My mom has been going to this dog groomer for many years. She started out going when Janet was a dog groomer and now her daughter Debbie evidently is their dog groomer there. Today my mom went to go pick the dog up and Debbie was very rude to my mom. My mom is in her 70's. Debbie proceeded to tell my mom that nobody liked her, that my mom was a negative person, that my mom didn't take care of her dog, and cussed at a 70-year-old woman. My mom questioned whether the dog had been bathed because the last time she picked her up she didn't think she was. She questioned how long Debbie had to keep the dog to have her groom today. My mom's appointment was at 10:00 she wasn't able to pick the dog up to almost 3:00 in the afternoon. My mom's dog was supposed to be the first dog room that day. She ended up being the last dog groom that day. Debbie has repeatedly called my mom on the day my mom was be there with an appointment for the dog and rescheduled it. Doing this at the last minute. Saying that she booked too many dogs that day. Today when Mom picked her dog up it did not appear that she had a bath. It did not appear that she had had her ears cleaned out. My mom's dog is a poodle and needs to have regular grooming. If Debbie did not want to groom my mom's dog anymore all she had to say was she didn't want to do it anymore. She did not need to cuss my mom out. When my mom got home she called Debbie to try to straighten everything out and Debbie proceeded to cuss my mom out again on the phone and hang up on her. She's doing all of this without allowing my mom to even speak up. When my mom would go to speak up Debbie would talk over the top of her and cuss at her. I live over 300 mi away or I would be at Janet's dog grooming discussing this with Debbie in person. So unprofessional.
My mom has repeatedly referred people to Debbie to have their dog groomed. All I can say is Janet's dog grooming lost a loyal and dedicated customer because evidently Debbie was having a bad day. Mom's dog came home with several nicks to its skin that we're bleeding. A nick to her lip which was bleeding and she was dirty. I would not recommend anybody take their dog to Debbie. It was a totally different business when Janet had it.
