My dog had been shedding a lot of hair and I needed to take her in somewhere quick, Izabark Grooming was the first and last place I called. Just from the phone call, I felt very trusting to take her in. I have a Pit Bull mix Labrador and it is never easy finding a place that will take her in due to a lot of mistrust and bad reputation the breed has. And when asked if she’s aggressive my answer is always no, and I’m glad that my beautiful girl was given a fair chance. Although she was very afraid and anxious at first I never saw signs of giving up from Glori. Glori was very understanding and patient, her experience in knowing that it takes time for a dog to adjust to a new person and setting was comforting and assuring. I am very thankful to her, my doggy came out looking clean, shiny, fresh, and smelling amazing. I know she was in good hands and very well taken care of especially with the updates I received during her time there. I will be back!

Owner Glori was absolutely great. My Yorkie was in desperate need of a cut and bath and Glori answered my call at 6 am for an appointment that same day. My pup was completely transformed and could not be happier with the service. Thank you Glori!

My doggy looks beautiful! She was matted and she is very old, so it was definitely a challenge. Glori the groomer was so good with her. She even worked with my crazy schedule when it came time to pick her up. She is so kind, you can tell she loves pets. Thank you for going above and beyond Glori! I highly recommend! I will be a returning client for sure 🐩🐶🥰

On 08/23/2024 I took my six month old cocker spaniel for a grooming. It was his first time and he is a very high anxiety/nervous dog. He made a mess and soiled himself. I immediately thought “oh no she’s not going to want to deal with him” but she was so understanding and patient with him. When I picked him up he looked like a million bucks! Thank you so much for your patience and for your awesome work! I’ll definitely be back.

Daisy our Maltese is our precious family member. We rescued her from the shelter so we wanna make sure we give her the best life moving forward. And trusting someone to groom her and taking care of her needs was a big decision for us to make. We were blessed on our decision to find Glori from Izabark Grooming and pet Spa. Glori was very soft spoken and very gentle with us and with our Daisy. That showed us that we can trust her with our fur baby. She did a great job with her grooming we were very impressed. If you have a breed that is generally considered as “agressive/dangerous” don’t even bother going to this place. My roomie called to ask for prices and the moment the owner heard that our puppy was a Doberman (not fully grown yet btw) she was clearly hesitant to provide us service. She asked if he was aggressive and went on to say that even at a young age they start to get aggressive.
Although I understand that it’s a common stereotype of certain breeds it’s definitely not what you want to hear when you’re trying to get your pup some grooming. Who knows maybe service is great however the prejudice definitely motivated me to never go here.
