We've taken our lab and terrier now. The groomer did a great job with our terrier. They both were there for daycare too. My lab has a lot of energy and they have outdoor space, which is important. Everyone has been friendly.

My experience with Its Raining Cats and Dogs was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the start, there was a lack of clear communication and organization. The website does not provide clear expectations about what is needed for boarding, and it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone via phone or email to clarify. I reached out multiple times prior to our visit to confirm we had everything required, but received no response or indication that anything was missing.

When we arrived to drop off our dogs before a flight, we were met with an incredibly confrontational and rude woman at the front desk. She wanted to refuse to let us board one of our dogs because of missing vaccination information—information we had already sent but was apparently not properly stored or recorded. We had to scramble through our emails to find the necessary documents, which added unnecessary stress to an already hectic situation.

The lack of clear communication, poor record-keeping (some records are paper, some are email, and nothing seems organized), and the unprofessional behavior of the staff made this experience incredibly frustrating. We felt like we were being treated as though we had done something wrong, when in reality, we had done everything we could to follow their unclear and inconsistent processes.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. There are much better options out there that prioritize clear communication, organization, and customer service.

We have taken our dogs here for a few years. However, it wasn't until we lost our majority of our pack that we were down to one dog until we realized the value of these amazing people. Ina and Logan helped our Jace when he was so very distraught over losing his Chelsea and Juke. I talked
to Ina about Doggie Daycare. Jace has never been an only dog. So we got him signed up. I was nervous. He had a history of aggression with Juke, although they really did love one another. Still, Ina and Logan set my mind at ease. He will be just fine. That he was!! His sad attitude changed so fast. We quickly decided he needed a sister. We decided on a smaller dog. Once again, Logan to the rescue. I asked her to put Jace in with the smaller dogs for the day to see how he would do. He did awesome! She stood by his side, took pics, showed them to me to do I could see there was no aggression. We adopted our sweet Grace Anne 2 weeks later on. They just stayed for their first Spa Date last weekend... you guessed it... Logan and Ina again, they helped Grace ( a mill momma) realize that her parents weren't up and abandoning her. They both gave her the extra love and reassurance she needed. This place is just phenomenal. Book your babies, Spa getaway now! You won't regret it!

I would take my dog with me everywhere if I could but when I can’t, the only place I trust is It’s Raining Cat’s and Dogs. Carrie and her entire team are fantastic. I am able to relax knowing Izze is well taken care of when she’s there. I highly recommend their services - boarding, grooming and daycare, as I have used all three over the years and will continue to as long as I have furry babies. Thank you for all you do!!!!

It's Raining cats and Dogs literally saved the life of our little maltipoo, Gracie. She has severe separation anxiety and cannot stay home alone. We never thought she would be fine with other dogs but they worked with her and now age loves going to daycare. My crabby old lady loves the staff. We also have a bernedoodle, Opie that we got right before covid hit. Due to this he was not properly socialized. He hates adults but thanks to Carrie, Lionel and his favorite, Logan he has overcome his anti social behaviors!!!
We have 4 dogs and 3 out of 4 go to daycare. Our oldest Goldendoodle, Murphy would rather stay home and sleep!!!

Their prices are reasonable, although they could be a little cheaper. A stool sample evaluation is a proprietary requirement of this daycare and boarding facility. I could understand if they wanted to uphold the highest of standards among socializing various dogs together, however, the frequency of this stool evaluation and the cost of it just completely astounded me. I informed my elderly mother that she was getting taken advantage of here and that we should look for alternatives. When it comes to our pets, I totally understand wanting the best possible care and treatment for them. However, due to this fact, many veterinarians and related facilities take advantage of pet owners. Price gouging is just as rampant as it is in the healthcare/hospital industry. I encourage everybody to openly discuss services, costs, experience, etc. They do not hold a monopoly. Open transparency and free market are the only ways to counteract this nefarious practice.

I was so nervous to leave my little guy at a pet resort but the staff at It's Raining Cats and Dogs made me feel at ease. I texted them and received updates and they sent me this adorable picture.
The facility even has heated floors so the pups are more comfortable. Very pleased with their service and will use them again.

We have an 8 month old German shepherd who goes to doggie daycare. He absolutely loves to go. He drags us into the building, so we know he is well treated. They have sensible protocols in place. The staff loves animals and you can tell. We also boarded him here. And he was excited to go back. Highly recommended.
