Let me start by saying I LOVED THIS PLACE!! I utilized their self wash service for my Australian shepherd and my lab mix and it was awesome. They have everything you could ever want and more and great prices. The staff are the friendliest people I have ever met in my life! They were so helpful and informative. And the owner is so sweet as well! I even got some of their treats and my dogs love them!! I seriously could not recommend this place enough. Dont even think about it just book with them!

Very clean. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Reasonable prices for sure! Loved the tub set up (not metal boxes high off the ground), but can get a little slippery, though. But! The staff was quick to continuously dry floors and to sweep fur. Easy equipment to use. Will be back!!

The staff here is always friendly and welcoming!! Giselle did an amazing job with my little yorkiepoo and I will 100% be going back to her. They always finish in a timely manner and my dog is never gone all day long which I appreciate.

We love this place! It's clean and the staff is helpful when using the DIY dod wash. They even helped (did all of it) cut my dogs toenails when I needed a little extra help.

The pricing is on-par with other groomers and have fast turnaround times. I've been able to get same-day appointments a number of times.

The do it yourself dog wash facilities are fantastic and above average. The soap and conditioner options will absolutely blow your mind, this place doesn't mess around when it comes to soaps.

In short, this is my go-to groomer and it should be yours as well.

Remember, shop local as much as possible! Who want to give Petco too more money then strictly necessary.

Penny and the staff at Its a Paw Thing make washing your pet a delightful experience. The staff is so attentive and get right in and help you to ensure your pet is clean. We have 2 German shepherds that actually look forward to bath day. Thank you Penny and team!

First off, we live out of the state but are visiting friends in the area. Our dog needed grooming and we found this place. We were pleased with our experience. The dog washing stations were clean, and Penny and other employees were very helpful. Penny performed a sanitation trim, a nail trim and doublechecked our pup for mats. When we’re in the area and our dog needs grooming, we will definitely come back here. The prices are super reasonable too.

The staff was great and they handled our very difficult dog all the way through the process, getting as much done as was possible with her. Maggy, one of our 3 dogs that was washed today, was very uncooperative, doing crocodile rolls and jumping around everywhere, making it extremely difficult for them to help her, but they let my husband and I come back and hold her to comfort her. They never gave up on her and did manage to cut all of her nails. I'm extremely grateful for their patience and understanding with her. My other 2 were much better about the process and were still treated with care and patience.

Last weekend we took our Bernedoodle, Jaci to It’s a Paw Thang to try out their self-wash stations. While, we typically utilize full groom services, we wanted to give this place a try. We were beyond impressed with the location. The staff were SO friendly! Everyone was welcoming and was super helpful from sharing the different product types to helping us get our 60 pound baby on the drying table to assistance with the nail grinder. We loved this place and will be going back for those in between baths. Great prices, great facility and amazing staff! I highly recommend!
