Love this store. Grass Valley Incredible Pets in my opinion is the best pet store around. Would definitely like to see the store stay stocked with products . It’s been looking quite bare lately. Need more cat toys . I would give the store a 5 star review if it was continuously stocked. The employees are hard working and very professional.They get the 5 stars.

We shop here for all of our fish. Since switching to exclusively Incredible Pets for aquatic needs we haven't suffered nearly as many losses. The fish definitely seem healthier and happier, staff are both friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and prices are competitive. If they don't have certain fish in stock they are often willing to place special orders which is appreciated.

This is a franchise. Multiple locations but the location in Grass valley is absolutely the best and everyone is fantastic.
The staff, management and everyone else is fantastic. I cannot make a higher recommendation... Buster loves everyone about this location. And that's what is important!

So I either made a mistake or the website had a hiccup but my order of cat food I intended for the Grass Valley store sent to the Sac store. I emailed and they quickly got back to me to tell me GV was out of stock but they were sending a bag over same day and will call me when I can pick it up in GV. I was beyond pleased; they were so kind.

I always get my cat food here because they have a great selection at decent prices and the employees always seem knowledgeable. I have cats ranging from kitten to senior and they always have what I need, which is hard to find in such a small town. Ordering online to pick up in store is convenient and they fill the orders quickly every time.
