Love the drs at imperial and the front office staff is equally as amazing. I have 3 bulldogs and they are great with me on costs too. I highly recommend. I own a dog business and tell my customers daily about how special they are.

We have been bringing our cats to IHAC for 24 years! Our cat is 17 years old and no one can believe it because she is so alert and lively. I attribute this in great part to the excellent vet care and advice given first by Dr. Mike Adam, and now by his son Dr. John Adam, and the team at IHAC. They are always friendly, helpful, and answer our questions thoroughly and patiently. We had a tough surgery in two spots which required full time care for a two week period and they were always available for questions and examined her closely in frequent follow-ups, as needed, to ensure recovery was without complications. And recently, her ongoing Senior Care turned up early renal issues and they had the food onsite and gave us guidance regarding her care. She is doing very well! The office staff are lively & happy. The remodel is awesome and their website, email and computer options are accessible & current. And they have a rewards program to save you money on future care & supplies! We are so grateful for this very dedicated, hard working and educated team!

I can't express enough gratitude to the team at Imperial Highway Veterinary Clinic for their exceptional care of our beloved Rush during his recent endoscopy. Rush had been struggling with loose stools and diarrhea, which had us very worried.

Dr. John] and the entire team were incredibly thorough in their assessment and took the time to explain the procedure in detail. They treated Rush with the utmost care and gentleness, making sure he was comfortable throughout the process. Dr John is the nicest ever. I have never had a Dr sit on the floor next to my German Shepard Lily, bond first, then treatment. We had a pet emergency at another vet. Samples were taken and my previous vet couldn't handle. I was referred to this vet from a friend, and I'm happy she did. Honest easy answers, and I didn't feel like I was a human ATM. Office staff was kind and professional. Photo of my furbaby not feeling well as we waited in the car. I prefer not to sit in a waiting area. I called to check in, and they walked out to get us when they were ready. They earned a new customer with their care, kindness, and professionalism.

We are always greeted in a warm & friendly manner when entering the clinic. Even though they don't make appointments, we've learned the times to visit when there won't be much of a wait. The Vet Techs are friendly and respectful when taking your pet to the back for a procedure. They seem to like animals, their jobs and their fellow employees. The doctors have been kind and informative as well as patient when dealing with questions and concerns in regard to our dogs. We received numerous personal referrals to the Imperial Highway Animal Clinic and we're very satisfied with the care we have received and glad to have made the change.

In the past I jumped around trying to find the best vet for my fur babies. I finally found a home. They’re affordable & won’t over test & take your money. They truly care for your fur baby. I have now been with them for 14+ years and never once have had an issue or fight with them. The staff is great & very kind.

Everything went well the first time I was here. They were able to give my cat her vaccinations and provide me with files of proof. They did a great check up on her, which I greatly appreciated. It was only after that which went pretty poorly. I have a cat and wanted to get her spay done. I called beforehand to schedule an appointment and asked what I needed to do on my end. The receptionist told me that they don’t take appointments and only walk-ins. I asked again because it is a surgery. She then told me no, and that I was fine for a walk-in. I then asked if I needed to do anything on my end and she once again said no. So then, in the next couple of days, I decided to bring my cat in for her spay surgery at 8AM. Once I walked in, and tried to sign my cat in, the front lady asked me “what time is your appointment?” This made me very frustrated and upset because I was told that they didn’t take appointments. This not only wasted time for my cat and I, but i was also never told to follow procedure of not to feed my cat before 10PM the night before the surgery. This is very important information because not only could I be charged more for not following procedures, but my cat could possibly die if she was to eat before surgery. Which in this case, I wasn’t told because of the lazy and unprofessional worker who told me this over the phone. I most definitely won’t bring my cat here again. Please ask for a name when calling this place so you know who you’re talking to if you are ever given such wrong information.

Amazing amazing vet clinic!!!! Highly recommend! Both Dr Adam’s are so amazing and take great care of our doggie! All the staff is great- super nice and caring. So thankful for everyone here!
