They did the most beautiful job on my sweet Davey! I just couldn’t get over it. He was soft, smelled amazing and so cute! They were very gentle with him when I came in. They gave him the cutest tweed bow tie too. This is a great place to bring your dog. Very nice and clean facility.

I want to share my experience with this pet grooming service. I had made an appointment for 11:00am, my pet was dropped off for their grooming appointment on time. I called at 12:00pm to check in on our dog, Delta, and I was told that they had not started on her service. I was surprised since I had made an appointment. I called again at 1:30 and they told me AGAIN that they have not and will probably not start on her bath for another 3 hours.
I decided to just take Delta out, it was not worth her stress of being at that place with dogs constantly barking for hours. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Moved to IB about a year ago and have come to this shop maybe 5 times. I always let them know my chihuahua is older, and ask if they can be gentle and not pull his leg from one side to the other underneath his belly to trim his nails. It's usually the same girl, they do not listen and also seem in a rush. When my dog starts to scream then they bring over a second person to assist. I also let them know of past experiences where my dog has been hurt at the groomers.

They don't listen. I've tried a few times and always express my concerns, my dog always screams because they don't listen. After this many times I won't be coming back. It sucks because when I bring my large dog, they listen to my concerns that he is scared and have several people to assist and dote on him, but with my chihuahua no care is given.

My dog usually gets high anxiety when I leave him. So been trying to find a groomer that can handle him. But the team at IB Grooming did a great job of taking good care of him. Love the new hair cut. Will definitely be back

IB Groomin is the only place we trust to take our baby MAX, He suffers from anxiety and he hated getting groomed he would cry and act up at his old groomer!! Then a friend recommended IB groomin and it was the best decision we received a picture of him after his first grooming he was waiting for us and he was just sitting there looking so cute and calmed!! We love the service and the attention that the whole staff always shows us when we get there until we leave. He always comes out looking cute & feeling so soft. Thank IB Groomin

We are here on vacation with our two pooches and our Cairn terrier needed a good bath & nails trimmed. I called and Amy got me in the very next day. I picked him up and he looked wonderful! The prices are also very reasonable.

Called at 9am for chihuahua shave and nail trim for my other chihuahua. Showed up. Said they close at 2 and had pretend amnesia about the appointment. No apologies. Looked like straight idiots. Don't bother. I heard a poor bulldog crying so loud everything they trimmed his nails. Guess I dodged a bullet. Won't be going back.
