I went with friends to play with the animals and help socialize them and the man behind the counter was extremely rude. He insisted we should go fishing instead? I don't know what that was about. edit- Your "joke" was asking us "Y'all dont know how to fish?" in a condescending tone. I don't know you sir or how your day was going but what I do know is how good service works. The woman who was with you also seems to understand that, considering she was much more polite than you. Even your apology is unprofessional, "I'm sorry you mistook my attempted humor for rudeness." blaming me and how I "mistook" it, because of your social ineptitude is beyond me. I will change my review from 1 star to 2 because you at least attempted an apology.

Pathetic excuse for a humane society. They discriminate against pitbulls (which hilarious, are yall gonna DNA test them? ) so they are going to let these dogs die in the streets. Funny- the backyard breeders and people in Arkansas are gonna keep breeding and dumping them. You should be ashamed of yourselves

People are bashing this place because they won't take in any more pitbulls or pit mixes. Pits and their mixes are the least likely to be adopted and are often unpredictable and violent. That's a big reason no one wants them. They sit in shelters for weeks, months and even years, taking up space that could be used for actual adoptable pets and sitting there deteriorates their mental health, making them even more unstable.

So you won't take in anymore pitbulls or pit mixes? That is the equivalent of racism. You've surely sentenced these pups to a cruel fate but I guess that's what you were going for.
