Hounds Town has been lovely to use as a doggy day care and boarding location. The staff is kind and I feel like they truly care about the dogs. They were so kind when I called to see how my dog was doing during his first couple of days boarding and they cleaned him up with a bath excellently right before I picked him up. I intend to continue using their day care and boarding services because I know I can trust them to care for my dog.

This is truly a home away from home for my puppies. They're almost 1 now and Hounds Town has been a place where I can drop them off and know they will be happy and safe.

Everyone team member knows my girls and and I always feel comfortable dropping them off. The owner, Chris truly cares about your dog, you're not just another customer here.

We use Hounds Town for daycare for our 1.5 yr old mini dachshund. We've had a really positive experience here. They are always so kind and welcoming anytime we take our pup in. She seems to be really loved there and that is why we keep going back. We like that they offer a discounted rate if you buy a daycare package and they often have special deals, like bring your dog in for daycare and receive a free bath! We don't take our dog anywhere else.

My dog was attacked while at this facility, he had punctures on his neck and leg, had to take him to get stitches at the vet to stop the bleeding. The employees also used our dog to "test out" new potential dogs, prior to the vicious attack we had. We caught them doing this as our dog was being forced to see if the new dogs were nice, they weren't nice tried to bite him, they still signed up the folks that brought that mean dog in. My dog now has scars on his neck and leg where fur wont grow. He's only a puppy. The employees said our dog was hiding behind an employee from the aggressive dogs they let in the area and he still got bit. The employees won't step in to stop potential dog fights. They won't tell us who's dog bit ours. So my advice NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. They will get bit on the regular or worse.

We had a really great time with our dogs at Houndstown. They were responsive, the facility was very clean, and the staff was professional. Our dogs came back looking good and happy.

The pictures they have of the dogs confirmed how happy our dogs were while we were gone.

Our dog Finn has been going to Houndstown in Arvada for a few months now. We've left him for daycare, boarding, and even extended boarding (a 7 day trip) and all of our needs were met. Finn has a great time every time he's there and is always knocked out at the end of the day when we pick him up. Could not say enough good things about Houndstown and their staff!
