Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa

Food. Daycare. Belly rubs. Those are Matilda’s favorite things!! The staff at Hounds Lounge on Bowman are always so friendly! I stopped by (unannounced) a few months ago to request a tour and to discuss daycare. They were so kind and gave me a tour and helped me with my anxiety about leaving my puppy there! Matilda loves going and seems to have the best time. She’s a very social puppy and comes home exhausted from playing!

Hank LOVES his play days at Hounds Lounge-WLR! The staff are so friendly. I feel great leaving my sweet boy each morning that I drop him off because I know that they will love on him when he’s there. Their groomers are awesome too. I highly recommend Hounds Lounge-WLR!

My little Shih Tzu, Mila Amor, now 10 months old, has really bad separation anxiety so I would take her to work with me every day. I wanted her to be very social around animals and people, in the hopes of her becoming a therapy dog so I did some research and found Hounds Lounge. I was drawn to the fact that they don't put the pups in kennels, instead the pups are grouped by size, temperament, etc, and they are able to play and go outside whenever they want. As soon as Mila had all of her shots, I signed her up and have not looked back. I am so blessed that I found Hounds Lounge and even more blessed that I chose the WLR location. The folks at this location are so sweet and caring. Everyone has a smile when I drop her off and when I pick her up. I will often see photos of my baby on FB or IG lounging around or playing. I love that all of the staff know who she is and will tell me little stories about her. Mila was scared her first time going and would get nervous when I dropped her off in the beginning, now when I take her in, her tail is wagging and she practically jumps into the arms of the staff while looking at me like, "bye Mom". Also, having a Shih Tzu means frequent grooming's so I decided to try their grooming services and I am so glad I did! Ms. Emily did such an amazing job that afterwards I would just stare at her because she looked so cute! In fact I have already scheduled her next appointment! I have photos of my baby, but did not get one of her after she was groomed because we went to Florida that same evening and being the tomboy that she is, she was a hot mess by the time we got there. If you love your fur baby, take them to HL WLR but be prepared to have your baby not want to leave sometimes. ❤️ p.s. Mila may not be the only one with separation anxiety. ?

Hounds lounge WLR is hands down the best!! The staff knows my dog’s quirks & loves on/takes care of her well. Phoebe gets sooooo excited on the days she gets to play with her hoomans & fur friends. I can’t thank them enough for all that they do! It’s nice to have a place for Phoebe to go on my long days at work or on trips… truly gives me peace knowing she’s in great hands.

We’ve taken part in just about every service West Little Rock’s HL has to offer! Boarding, daycare, grooming, self-wash - we’ve done it all! The staff is incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, and we love when we get to see our fur babies on their social media. Our pittie Armin goes most often for daycare or boarding, and HL wears. him. out. If you have a high energy dog and need them TIRED so they don’t drive you nuts, this is the place to go!! Grooming prices are also extremely reasonable and are the same (if not cheaper) than Petsmart for our long haired dog.

Always a great experience for our 2 girls. Sasha is a 2 year old black German Shepard and Ruby is a 1 year old Doberman. They both love staying and playing with new friends if we are out of town or busy for the day. The staff is 100% top notch and It's really apparent that they love our girls and take great care of them as well as every dog. Every dog that I have seen is so happy to arrive and see their owners when they get picked up. Some just want to go back in and play. Lol Great business!

My dog loves going to Hounds Lounge in West Little-Rock. I was initially nervous about sending her to daycare. But after my dog's 3rd day of daycare, she became excited and happy when i pulled up into the parking lot. The staff is amazing. They're friendly and attentive. They really seem to enjoy taking great care of the dogs. I know when I leave her at daycare, she will be loved.

Tyler loves his time at daycare and boarding at Hounds Lounge WLR! Everyone there loves and connects with the dogs in a special way. I wouldn’t consider any other daycare.
