After a disappointing experience with a different groomer, I’m so grateful to Cheryl, the manager, for taking such wonderful care of Tinkerbell and me. Tinkerbell, being an older dog, was turned away by the groomer we’d been going to for years. But Cheryl was incredibly compassionate and treated both of us with the utmost care and respect. When i arrived to pickup my dog from a groom i came in to find my dogs retractable leash hanging over the edge on the side of the kennel he was in Still attached to his neck. employee tried to lie and state that it wasn't attached to his neck but it clearly was. Absolutely furious that my dog was in put in dangerous situation, not only that he had cuts around his genitals from whoever trimmed him cutting into his skin. I most definitely will not be returning.

They were really easy to schedule with, called me with appointment reminders, and they did a wonderful job trimming up my pup. She's a big dog with a thick undercoat, plus she's a senior and has some lumps here and there which they took great care around. They had great pricing and I am really pleased with the service.
