Hotel Kira has been taking care of our dog since she was a puppy. We don’t know what we would do without them, and have been a major contributor to our dog’s development and socialization. With them, you get what you pay for, as they offer a home-like environment for your dog. Your pet is treated like a member of their family, and given significant individual attention during their time there. The dogs have a secured outside area to play, and inside are essentially free to cuddle up on a couch or a dog bed next to their friends. The pick-up/drop-off service if offered is very convenient to have. They are great about last minute accommodations, and overnight stays. We love receiving pictures and videos of our dog playing and enjoying her time there. By the time she gets home from the day, she is exhausted, but is so excited for the next time she gets to go back! I HIGHLY recommend Hotel Kira for anyone who loves their dog like their own human child, and doesn’t want to send them to the normal boarding place with concrete floors and kennels. They have been incredibly gracious to us, and I’m confident anyone sending their dog there will receive the same.

It's completely cage-free, so my dogs aren’t stressed or confined—they roam freely, play, and relax just like they would at home. It was our first time leaving our dog at a dog hotel during our travel. Hotel Kira, Steffi and her crew were amazing and went above and beyond.
We received daily updates with multiple pictures and videos of our dog. Communicating with Hotel Kira was easy and they always responded in timely manner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Steffi and Audriana are the absolute best. I have used Hotel Kira for both daycare and boarding and never have to worry about my boy. They provide peace of mind along with tons of fun and TLC. I’d highly recommend Hotel Kira to anyone looking for a daycare that doesn’t lock their dogs in cages most of the day - their environment provides enrichment and stimulation, and Buck always comes home happy and tired.

Hotel Kira exceeded all my expectations! Steffi and her staff are caring, professional, and they truly love dogs. The facility is clean, spacious, and full of fun activities, my pup is always so excited to go and comes back super chilled after having an amazing time. I love getting updates with photos and videos, which give me peace of mind. The personalized attention and top notch care made all the difference. I wouldn’t trust my dog anywhere else! Our boy, Luke, has been part of the Hotel Kira family now for about a year now and we can’t say enough wonderful things about Steffi and Hotel Kira. Luke has “stranger danger” and Steffi was so patient with him from the very beginning. Today, Luke absolutely adores Steffi and the team at Hotel Kira and we are grateful to have found her. Over the past month my dog has stayed at Hotel Kira for both boarding and daycare and both have been wonderful experiences. My dog hates traditional boarding and gets super nervous anytime I have to leave her somewhere. I loved Hotel Kira because she got to be with great people and dogs instead of being isolated during boarding. I also loved how well they communicated with me during my trip. I received daily updates and videos of my dog, which really help me feel secure knowing she was well cared for. Hotel Kira is the only place I trust with boarding my high energy pup. We’ve boarded other places where he returns home wound up like a loaded spring. But after any stay at Hotel Kira, our dog is so calm and happy and clearly well cared for. He wags his tail and whole body anytime we pull up to their driveway. I’m so thankful I found them, the owner and staff really care about all of the dogs who board there, they’re true dog lovers.
