Hotel For Happy Dogs does an excellent job caring for our two small, geriatric pups. They are gentle and thorough groomers and pay careful attention to what our dogs need to stay comfortable. After using their boarding services twice we will definitely return. We have no doubt our dogs are truly happy when there!

Thank god for the new owners, SUCH an improvement. My dog runs to the door when we pull up, she loves it here. I love knowing my dog is well taken care of and loved when having her boarded. The grooming services have been great and they are so flexible and accommodating. It just makes a huge difference knowing they care so much.

I’ll start with the positives: the owners were very friendly, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating. They communicated well and were able to take my puppy in last-minute on a holiday weekend, which I really appreciated. On top of that, when I had an emergency and needed to pick up my pup late at night, they were kind enough to let me come by at 10 p.m. That level of flexibility was a lifesaver.

That said, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place. The facility didn’t match the photos on the website. When I dropped my dog off, the area she’d be staying in still had food, crumbs, and other debris left from the previous dog. It was not cozy and inviting like I had expected (see pictures and video). There was also a very strong urine smell in the dog area, and it was both loud from barking and not very warm. To make matters worse, I found out that the dogs are left alone overnight. I assumed there would be staff present 24/7, so this was a big concern for me—especially if there were ever an emergency like a fire.

While I appreciate the kindness of the owners, the condition of the facility and the lack of overnight supervision are deal-breakers for me.

We had two adult St. Bernards fully groomed by Jeremy in advance of the summer heat. Both dogs had shampoo, brush out, trim, teeth, ears, and nails. They both look and smell terrific! The cost for the services are reasonable in my opinion. Jeremy was able to handle these very large 160 lb. dogs. I recommend Hotel for Happy Dogs and we will be back for future grooming needs.

It was the first time we took my dog here and all I could say was it was great, the guy there was very kind and treated my dog great. He gave me and my sisters some tips to keep my dogs hair from matting. The haircut was great I really liked it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to have their dog groomed.

Our Bella has stayed > 30 times since the new owners took over and Bella loves her trips to this boarding kennel. She always jumps right out of the car and is excited to go in. They take very good care of her during her visit and we never worry about her while she it there. Highly recommend this business.

As someone who has worked in the Veterinary and kennel business for 25 years this place is great! I am a RVT and they let me check out the place before I even brought my dog to the facility. Linda and Jeremy have been so nice. I left my doodle for 11 days the first time and I liked it so much we even have dropped him off for our little weekend camping trips. The facility is clean and they take good care of the pups! They even get to run around in a yard which some places don’t even do. Great place!

This was our first time boarding with them but we were pleasantly surprised when we picked up our dogs that they did not smell like a kennel. We have boarded in other places and always had to take our dogs home and bath them to get the smell gone. Our babies seemed to be well taken care of!
