Well I can say I will never be staying here again. The room was disgusting. Cookie crumbs, hair and straw in our beds. The floor was so dirty my feet were black within 2 minutes of walking around. They had the parking lot closed all Father’s Day weekend and the guy at the front desk was not the nicest. Everyday we were locked out of our room and had to go to the office for him to reprogram my key. Highly not recommended as the room was nasty and the beds were so hard. Oh yeah and the tub was horrendous and the fridge and freezer was dirty and had someone’s old food in it. We will never be back.

The manager was rude there was never anyone in the office for emergencies or anything else you may need. We got locked out of our room by the office while we were gone fishing and it took 30 minutes to get the manager awake to reset our key. Then my brother in law shut the door behind him not knowing the card was in the room and it took over an hour to get a key and get back in. We could not get anyone to the door so eventually we called the police to do a welfare check because we were concerned and the manager pulled up and lied to the police and said she was only gone 20 minutes. Then she was rude to my husband because we had called them. DO NOT STAY HERE oh and the cold water is hot and the hot is cold and the first room we were in the remote didn't work the TV. This place is a joke.

How TF does this place have ANY good reviews is beyond me. I reserved through Priceline, well when I arrived, I asked to see the room first cause it looked super sketchy. Well, IT WAS. The room smelled like mold. The first thing I saw was dead roaches at the door. It was so disgusting. I tried to get my refund, and Priceline told me the manager who was there kept putting them on hold after the situation and never got back with them. Well, sure enough. I got an email that the same guy who showed me the room refused to do the refund. STAY AWAY from this place. ITS DISGUSTING. Then top it off refused to do the refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Unless ur ok with bed bugs and dirty roaches being taken home.

Our family of seven spent five nights. Every member of the staff any of us met or came across was friendly, chatty, and was extremely helpful! They’re currently doing renovations to rooms but we never heard any noise during our stay. The rooms were nice and neat, we were offered laundry services, we had mini fridges and microwaves in each of our rooms. We had so many wonderful places to eat within five minutes of us. We were ten minutes away from a ferry ride to Port Aransas. The prices for multiple rooms was excellent. We will definitely stay again and recommend you stay, too!

First and foremost, the lady at the front desk was very sweet! When we checked in it was about 6pm after we had been at the beach all morning. So we were tired and had sand all over us and were ready to shower! We got into the room and it looks NOTHING like the pictures! We pulled back the cover and the sheets had hair on them, stains on both the sheets and the cover! One side of the hotel was under renovation as the other side wasn’t. And nowhere on the page did it say that! There wasn’t any complementary breakfast, you couldn’t walk into the front desk area but instead there was a window you could stand at. After seeing how the room was, I walked back to the office and asked for a refund, the lady was nice and reversed the payment immediately! And I saw it was back into my account the next morning! We ended up going to the OYO hotel in Ingleside and that was was so much nicer! We were able to go into the office and walk up to the front desk! As we were waiting for the lady to check us in I told her we had went to the oyo in Aransas pass and it wasn’t as nice as the ones we are checking into. She informed me that they are owned by different people! Which made a complete difference! They also had complimentary breakfast! And with a toddler, that’s very important! After we entered our rooms, we were so much happier with the oyo in Ingleside!

Wish I could give zero stars. Had asked for downstairs room because I'm unable to climb stairs. Only king beds down stairs that doesnt work with 3 guests. Went ahead and took upstairs room. The landing is very weak and I was scared it would collapse. Lights over bed didn't work. Air not very cold. AND no queen beds only full size. That's not what I booked. They say that's all we have. My husband and I are large people and can't both fit together on a full bed. So we sucked it up for 4 days because no refund of course. Lesson learned and NEVER again!!! Also only 2 towels in a 4 person room. Guess we're suppose to share?

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life walking to the room there were species in the commode the bathroom had dirt all over the floor and mold everywhere the bedding was Major stained everywhere the floors were filthy

I had to cancel my room due to an inconvenience emergency and not being able to enjoy our getaway. Cancelled the room and i was told i won't be getting my refund back even after them charging me $20.00 for cancellation it is not my fault that i had an emergency and wasn't able to keep my room reservation wasn't even given an option if i could change the dates for the getaway i will not be booking any rooms from them!!!!
