Booked a room for a few nights for a special occasion. Got upgraded to a suite. Pleasant staff, great amenities, huge shower, and easy access to the casino floor.

There was some small damage to the wallpaper in the suite bathroom, but such a minor issue compared to everything else.

As far as casino, it's good. Lots of games to choose from. But when it comes to their restaurant, something brews it was bad . I ordered the NY strip medium rare, I got a tiny thin overcooked piece of what kinda looked like a NY. The green beans were undercooked. My friend ordered the ribs, not good there either. He said they were overcooked, chewy and hard to eat . Good was not even diner quality food. I would not recommend eating there. Try the dash diner. I wish we had.

Played here 4 times in a week at the poker tables for over 4 hours each time. Never once was told about having my hood on while I sit and play poker with my headphones on. I was confronted today by security while being at the table for 3 hours. I was told no hoods on. I left and will not be returning. I'm 39 and if I feel comfortable wearing my hood up, I will do so. You have lost my business and respect. You harass me when you have drunks causing problems. Terrible casino and will never return here. I will play poker online instead of being harassed in person for wearing a hood up in February.

I really like this casino but the hotel needs updating and refreshing. They have an old feeling- and the lobby is not very enticing or welcoming. |Staff was friendly. We will stay again because we like the casino and love its affiliation with Caesars resorts.

Like most Caesars properties everything has dings to some degree. For example, one of the elevators was malfunctioning and my room's coffee maker didn't work. But, the prices are reasonable, the beds are comfortable, and the water pressure is good.

Nobody seems want to do their job! Came from a long trip, the room was not done! When I called, the housekeeper said we should have called them to clean the room. The next day, before we left for skiing, we called the housekeeping to clean the room, but guess what, the room was still not done when we back!! We're tired and came to a dirty room for 2 days. We stayed for 4 nights, only the second day we were able to get our room cleaned because we saw the housekeeping staff near our room.
We need to pay extra $10 for 30 minutes early check in though.

Disappointed with the service. Diamond+ and the front desk didn’t care. I asked if there was any benefit to being a D+ member here and they said no. Even though we found D+ parking after staying for 5 days. The beds didn’t have comforters, only sheets. No valet. Room service isn’t set up correctly in the Caesars Eats app, so we had to go pick up the food.

Table games are falling apart. The players were literally holding the railing on the roulette table to prevent it from falling off during betting. The roulette wheel was reading false numbers every day, so it was a complete sham to play.

If it wasn’t for Caesar’s, we’d never come back. But in that same token, we somehow kept a ticket open of $7500 betting between tables and slots for at least 2-4 hours every day, and hardly got any rewards points. So I’m guessing the staff wasn’t dialing in the average table bets as needed.

Overall it seems like the staff doesn’t care to be there.

I stay here pretty frequently and usually enjoy the gaming and friendly helpful staff but today the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude I called the front desk as I was not there and asked to connected to my room she asked my name and room number which I gave here she then told me wrong room and promptly hung the phone up on me so now having to walk back there Instead calling I stoped by the front desk and asked if it was here that hung up on me and was given a very rude response and I also let her know that the room number I had given here which is in my name was also the correct room number and again asked why she would be so rude and obviously not bother checking what I asked and was given another very rude response so I thanked her for the morning greetings and went to my room.this woman obviously hates your job. And if it weren't for the rest of the amazing staff here I definitely would never come back
