I have had the privilege of working with Home Instead for over six years, beginning as a caregiver, transitioning into a key player assistant part-time, later as Client Care Coordinator in our Jerseyville location, and now serving as the Client Care Manager. Throughout this journey, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound impact we can have on individuals' lives. Helping clients age in place and maintain their quality of life is both emotionally challenging and deeply rewarding.

Every obstacle we face only reinforces how meaningful our work is, as the rewards of supporting someone through their later years are immeasurable. I am proud to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team that strives every day to help individuals live their best life, no matter their circumstances. Kia and Jane were fanitistic. They did things that I didn't even realize needed to be done. Candi their supervisor was wonderful as well. I highly recommend Jacksonville Home Instead! The entire staff was caring and courteous during the final week of my father's life. The evening shift allowed my mom to get a good night's rest knowing someone was awake with dad if needed. The caregivers were prompt and timely. In fact, i called to ask for help for the first time Thursday morning and a caregiver was at my parents' home that very evening! Excellent!
