I’ve been in the refinery business for a little over 22yrs and travel nation wide with hotels/motels being my primary stay and after ending up getting a room at this place I was astonish with the room on how new and remodeled and have that modern look to it and how clean it is, nice and comfy bed, spacious room and bathroom with walk-in shower, I normally carry my UV flashlight to check for cleanliness and was amazed on how clean it was, not a single spot of dirtyness anywhere! Great price as well, compared to other hotels/motels around the area that are not even close to the condition as well as this one is, great hospitality from Peter, I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like this place is well worth making one. Would give it a 10 star if I could.

This is a very nice motel! Everything in the rooms is clean, neat and new. The service is extremely hospitable and accommodating. I will be staying here again on my next fishing trip and will recommend it to everyone.

Hotel managers were extremely nice & accommodative. The rooms were brand spanking new & extremely well put together with comfortable mattress topper. Shower blasted you with whatever temperature water you wanted & after a 12 hour fishing trip, this room was the perfect place to come back to. Thank y’all for everything.

P.S though: bring your own towel, theirs are kinda small & thin.

I stayed here during the Shrimporee. It was last minute so I’m glad I got in somewhere. What a wonderful experience. Clearly family owned which is awesome because I love to support small business. The dad was extremely nice to work with and son gave me recommendations on restaurants, pubs, and advice on how to get around traffic during the festival. The room clearly was recently updated, and immaculate. There was an odd smell so I recommend taking a candle. By the way, the smell wasn’t too bad. After about 20 minutes I forgot all about it without a candle. Just saying, a candle may help. I will DEFINITELY stay here again! Thanks again!

Everything about this place was great for exactly what it was, a motel to sleep in and bathe in. Great bed, good a/c in 105° summer heat with fridge and microwave and table. Nice flat screen with cable and spacious bathroom. Big walk in shower. After calling and looking online in Rockport, Aransas, and Port A it was the cheapest next to oyo and oyo is for junkies and addicts. There is no, breakfast or pool which is reflected by its price compared to everywhere else. Great location, rockport 5 to 10 mins away, heb and walmart less than 5 mins, and port a 10 mins depending on ferry time. Great customer service, can't say enough about this place for the budget conscious. Will be back.

Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is so peaceful, and clean. The room is spacious, updated and very clean. They came in on our very next day to clean our room and change our towels. We will definitely come back!
