The owners are an older couple with experience with working dogs and grumpy old dogs. Our old man loves going there when we have to go out of town for work. They treat the dogs so good here.

Very rude on the phone. She was sarcastic and very short. Accused me of being a liar since I choose to vaccinate my animals myself (they are up to date on all vaccines per vet recommendation, vet has copies of vaccines with lot numbers/expiration dates and they see the vet for the rabies vaccine which I am not qualified to administer). She assumes since I vaccinate myself, that I am purchasing the vaccines but not giving them to the animal? Who would even take the time to buy the vaccine and just throw it away!?! If that’s her people skills, seems like she shouldn’t be around animals. Based on other reviews, I’m not the first to experience this. Yikes.

I have a special needs kitty cat. He has wobbly leg syndrome & is hard of seeing. When we brought him home after a couple days stay at the hotel, he was back to his regular self in no time! He wasn't shocked or anything which tells me that these people did an excellent job taking care of him °~•.☆.•~°

My wife and I have boarded our dogs at Hol-a-Pet when we go on vacation for a few years now. Debbie and Rob take excellent care of them! We have one that is very attention hungry, and when we go to pick her up she is always sticking by Debbie's side. We get our girls back happy and healthy, and the rates charged here are VERY reasonable. Highly recommended!

Very nice people. They took good care of our dog. They were very patient with me as I lost my credit card as I went to pick up Swiper right at closing. I also want to mention that I felt safe knowing they were not only located in the same building as the pets but they have security so they can see them as well. I would recommend and will use again if needed.

I posted my review before but someone they deleted it or blocked it. I would never recommend this place! They are rude when they talk to you. I had my dogs booked for months and when I got there they told me I didn’t have a reservation. Later after I had left with my dogs they found it. My dog is scared of strangers and was barking at the lady upon entrance. She got in my dog’s face and yelled at her to shut up. She took her back and couldn’t get her off the leash so she gave up and said they couldn’t stay there. She left me in a bind because we had an international flight to catch. She told me I should have gotten there before all the other dogs arrived. Haha The lady yelled at me to socialize my big dog. She hurried us on out and caused a fight between my two dogs over food. Terrible people and place all around.

I have been taking my German Shepard here for four years, since she was a pup. I've used their day care services and boarding when we go on vacation. This place is so secure and safe that I am totally comfortable leaving her with Deb and Rob. They are dog people and I am totally pleased with their services.

I have taken my two dogs here three different times now and have found that they really like it. Debby has been very good to them and seems to really care about them. Debby is not rude, just tells you how it is and I prefer this myself. I would recommend this kennel to any of my friends. I love seeing my dogs happy to go somewhere and to know that they are very well taken care of.
