Harps Pharmacy

My family has had nothing but a bad experience from this place. Consistently, when you call in a prescription somehow its just never ready when you show up to pickup. Naturally it is never the pharmacy's fault and almost always something that you or your doctor did incorrectly or forgot to do. If you question the matter, you're met with an attitude from the staff. We have used the competition in town for years and never had any issued at all but insurance regulations mandated changing here within the past couple of years. It has been an absolutely miserable experience and we are to the point of being willing to drive 20 minutes away from the house just to not have to deal with the nonsense from Harps. At the end of the day it would be the same anyway because the past 4 times Ive been to pickup meds that were called in several days prior, Ive been told "give us about 20-30 minutes and we will have that ready for ya". Truthfully its ridiculous and if you have an option to go elsewhere.... I would HIGHLY recommend it. Giving 2 stars because I will say that as a general rule the staff are very nice. There are a couple specific ones though who are completely rude and simply do not understand anything about customer service.

I've used this pharmacy for years and love it! The staff is always really friendly and time to fill prescriptions is fantastic! Highly recommend

Apparently filling out a form to give a veteran a prescription is to much work for this pharmacy. Veterans not welcome here.
