This was our first time ever boarding Prince Charming and Amanda was very thorough with what we needed to do. While dropping him off, I was able to see the dog area and ask questions. I called daily to check-in and she was more than willing to ease my mind. Upon picking him up, I could tell that he had received great care! We will definitely use Happy Tails again as the need arises!

We had a fire at our home. It was such a relief to be able to take our two cats and our dog someplace safe while we waited to move back home. Our animals were safe, well-cared for, and the communication from Happy Tails to update us on their well-being was fantastic! Happy Tails is amazing, and having such a wonderful place to bring our fur-family during this time was an absolute blessing! I have boarded my dog here multiple times, and I will continue!

My princess phoenix stayed here for the first time from May 10 to May 12 and it was an excellent experience until a mother's day postcard I received when I picked them up with their beautiful footprints, they read her stories, they sent me photos and I knew of her at all times. When I picked it up I was happy and I came home very happy and in a very normal state of mind. I was nervous since I had a very bad experience in another place and when she got home she had a stroke and was extremely depressed, a friend recommended do happy tail and she was not wrong, they are excellent I recommend them if you love your 4-legged baby take him to happy tail if you have to travel recommended 100% thanks girls for taking care of my baby

They charge $20 extra to let your dog out to go to the bathroom after 6 pm. All dogs need to go to the bathroom at bedtime! Extra $$ for that privilege! You are there anyways letting out the other dogs so why not just let them all out at 9 pm?

They took excellent care of my fur baby. I would have literally thought he was the only one there during his stay. Great people. The only thing I would change would be their hours. That is my only negative.
