This is the best grooming shop!! I was not able to take my husky to any shop including petrol, however they proved me wrong. when I walked in, the guy said we are the best and I said 'will see' and I did see. Cleanliness, brushed, dried amd groomed as if she just hitting he beauty salon!! she would never allow anyone to touch her paws, even me, but they got to file her nails, do the ears and do the D-shedding all in a good hour and half. Oh and the price was incomparable ?

This has been my grooming spot for almost 2 years all the workers here are awesome and treat my 2 Pomeranians like vip. They always come out looking beautiful and joyful.
I know my girls are a handful but the groomers are always very patient with them. I’ve never had any problems on the contrary they are always nice and take me 2 pups even without an appointment. my girls are always excited to go in the shop so that only means they’re being treated nicely and it shows ♥️

HORRIBLE customer service. I've come here for years. New pup 2 yrs ago. I leave written, specific instructions on what I want cut. And verbal on specific not cut (tail) . Attendant also writes down instructions. For the second time they cut her beautiful tail, breed specific: long & fanning. It took a year & half to grow out. No apologies the 1st time. Today they left a stub on her tail. They didn't "understand " why I was upset. Said I should have written " no tail" when I wrote " ONLY CUT" these areas. They were rude and unapologetic. I've never experienced such argumentative customer service.

Great service all around! My puppy came back happy! very satisfied with the treatment my dog received, huge difference in his energy from last time I had taken him to petsmart (huge mistake!) I will definitely be coming back here for all my dog’s grooming needs! Thank you so much for being patient and taking good care of my puppy!!! 🙂

I have been taking my huskies here for years. Not only do they come out smelling fresh and with a neatly groomed appearance, but they are always super excited to run into the store the next time around. Simply, put if my dogs weren't comfortable or treated well while they were there, they would never want to go back.

I saw some recent 1 or 2 star ratings from first time customers who complained about missing "collars", the "appearance" of the store, or "unfriendly" staff members. This can't be farther from the truth. In the four years I've been taking my huskies to Happy Puppy, I have never experienced any of these issues and nor have the countless repeat customers I see there when I drop of my dogs.

I'm not one to write reviews about places, restaurants, etc. But seeing those 1or 2 star ratings laced with unfounded criticism was upsetting. I don't know the owner of this establishment, nor do I know the staff, nor do I have an affiliation of any type with this establishment. However, I will say that Happy Puppy extends my huskies smile and I too am smiling every time I visit.

This place is a haven and I wouldn’t bring my dogs anywhere else. I have been a steady customer for my three dogs (all different breeds and ages) for over four years and have only had positive experiences. They are fast, friendly, affordable, and extremely skilled. My only suggestion is to charge more! ?
