I moved here from Chicago last year. I have 2 Shih tzus. I tried a few of the groomers in the area, and they were either way too expensive or my girls came home smelling worse than when they left and at one of them, they came home with fleas.
Now, I have my two Shih tzus and my grand dog, another Shih tzu. I take them all to Happy Paws. They are the nicest, most affordable dog groomer I personally have found. A+++++++!

I have two Pomeranians that I took today to be groomed at Happy Paws which I’ve used for quite a while now. Today’s grooming was absolutely perfect which I know is a strong word to use, but it’s true! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer in the Lafayette Georgia area!!

Needed my dog bathed and did not have an appointment but they worked him in and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend and I will be returning.

Booked for just a bath and nails. Very short haired dog.
My dogs apt was at 10am. Starting at 12:15 I was trying to call and check in, since no one gave me a time frame when dropping her off. I called 5 times from then til 12:40 before getting an answer. She was not done “about 5 minutes”. So I get there at 12:48 and she isn’t done. I cant even stay in the building bc of the smell, and free range kitties (I’m allergic)..
I asked when they started on her since her apt was at 10 and it is now nearly 1 and she isn’t done.
When i got her back, her feet were still wet and her nails weren’t even done properly. Just clipped, not smoothed or shaped at all.

The staff didn’t seem to care at all about much. And the whole place was a mess.

We won’t be back.

Wow I have been looking for a good dog groomer and I finally found one . Thank you guys so much my Pomeranian looks amazing. Highly recommend these ppl

Aside from the large dogs running around jumping up on you, cats testing your balance running between your feet as you walk through the valley of the shadow of death & the obstacles of what appears to be aquarium tubing literally in the middle of the isles, it isn't too shabby for people who have no sense of smell or perhaps those who love the scent of a rotting failure. If you enjoy the vibes you'd have while in a basement belonging to the mom of an older sketchy methhead who wears oversized wife beaters, bulky stainless steel skull rings on every finger and a bandana tied extremely tight around his head emphasizing greasy hair that slicks back into a rat tail... Then you'll definitely love this little spot. Should be ashamed to seriously have named the place "'Happy' pets".. gross!

We have been going here for many years. Jerry who has been grooming our dogs over 12 years was fantastic. After his sad passing, Alisha has been grooming and has done an exceptional job continuing his legacy. We love how they treat our dogs, especially Choco who is going on 13 years old. Remember not always the primo salons are the best, I can vouch on that.

I have been going here for a few years and Jax absolutely loves the staff we had a bad experience at one place then I took him to another place and he hated going but he gets excited when we go to happy paws and they do such a wonderful job I would not trust taking my fur baby anywhere else
