I took so much time to grow out my dogs fur and it wasn’t matted at all. I specifically asked them to keep my dogs hair long and they cut it so short and uneven. I also specifically asked for them to round out my dogs face and they gave him the ugliest Afro a dog can get. It seems like they struggle with communication and go along with whatever they feel like doing to the dog instead of trying to understand how the owner wants their dogs hair to be cut.

What a fantastic experience!! I got a same day appointment for two extremely furry and matted Pomeranians who were dying of the heat. I picked them up a few hours later and they look BEAUTIFUL! Shaved to about 1/2" all over except their cute faces (trimmed to a round shape) and their cute fluffy tails. Only $50 each and it saved us HOURS of work if we tried to do it at home. With tip on top of that it was still very reasonable -- some of the best money I've spent in a long time. SO WORTH IT!!!!! Fast, friendly and all-inclusive service. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

This place has really nice people, fast at getting in for appointment but awful cut for my Pekingese! I had to cut his ears and face myself to have him look like a boy and have a decent shape until his hair grows out a little. He had lots of knots but disappointed on how they gave him to me.

Great place!! I live in Scripps Ranch so very convenient. Owner works on your pet. I'm always able to get in on the day I call. Reasonable fee $55 for grooming extra $5 for teeth brushing.
My Yorkie is always happy when leaving. Highly recommend as other groomers typically have limited scheduling due to their existing clientele.

The worst grooming place ever. Do yourself and your fur ball a favor and never, ever even step into this place! Both my kids are crying in the car after picking up our puppy from this place. His grooming was done so unbelievably badly, it's so uneven that even a 5 year old kid with a shaver could do a better job, and this guy shamelessly dared to charge us $50!!!!! There is no words that can explain our sadness and shock that our family received. The store owner seemed that he didn't understand English that well, our puppy had very long beautiful shiny fur, and we asked the guy just to trim it a bit, but our puppy was shaved to 1/4 of an inch all over body!!!!

Not recommended for longer hair doggies. The price seems cheaper than other places but you get what you pay. They either do not understand what you want or they forget to cut some parts such as ear hair, tail hair or face hair. Not to mention they perform ugly/uneven haircut. After i tried this place for 5-6 times, I decided to try other places and I found my best groomer in poway. It’s farther, but i would rather drive a little longer than never get satisfied.

Workin For a Livin

We take our dog here to have his nails cut. He hates having his nails cut and used to whine and cry and fight like crazy to get away from the clippers. I don't know what magic they work here, but he never whines, and it is over in just a few minutes with not fighting. There is always plenty of parking and it's easily accessible from the freeway.
