I am incredibly grateful to have found Halo Veterinary Clinic. When my original veterinary hospital quoted me $1,100 just for a spay I was disheartened, as it was completely out of my price range. By sheer luck, I came across Halo, where I was able to get both my cats spayed and neutered for $180 each—a fraction of what I was originally quoted.

Now, nearly a week post-surgery, both of my cats are healing beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. The staff at Halo are truly compassionate and dedicated animal lovers, and it shows in everything they do. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensured my pets were comfortable throughout the entire process.

If you’re looking for affordable, high-quality veterinary care, I highly recommend Halo Veterinary Clinic. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this place, and I will absolutely be returning for any future veterinary needs. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your fur babies—you won’t regret it! I brought a foster kitten to see Dr. Kim.
She is very knowledgeable and examines the cats thoroughly. I appreciate that she took her time to show me how to administer the treatment and explain her findings in a way that I could understand.
The office is clean and beautifully decorated, and the secretary is super welcoming and helpful.
Dr. Kim offers discounted prices to TNR Certified rescuers, by extension, she is helping lots of homeless cats. We need more doctors like her!
Prices are reasonable 🙂
I will bring my own cats from now on.

I had my kitten, Daysi, spayed here last Thursday. First, I would like to say that Halo Veterinary Hospital was very quick to respond to me and they had availability the next week. Second, the price is great in comparison to some of the vets I had looked at during my search. When I arrived at the hospital, the first thing I noticed was the lack of animal odor in the facility. Normally, there is a hint of animal scent in every vet clinic/hospital I have ever been to (Note: I have 6 rescue cats so I have been to my fair share of vets). The office is spotless and well organized. They were ready for Daysi right away and I was told that I would be called to pick her up. Julio at the front desk is phenomenal! He is very polite, friendly, and professional. He gave me a ton of information about aftercare and asked if I had any questions. I really appreciate how they cared for my lil babygirl. You can just tell that they love working with animals. I am very happy with their services and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great Vet. Thank you Julio, Dr. Kim and the rest of the fabulous staff!

Employees are amazing and so kind, handled my dog with such care and were super loving to my dog. They break down the prices of what they charge you which many other vets don’t do. They don’t hit you with random charges and their pricing is super affordable as well. Thoroughly explained the spaying procedure and were so thoughtful to all of our questions!

They will even get in contact with you after hours when they are closed and are still accessible through email during the weekends. I wish I can give this place 10 stars, 5 isn’t enough.

I just got my three kitties spayed today. Halo vet took good care of my kitties. 🌺☺️Now, they are recovering.

(Update) 12/07/24 My kitties have fully recovered after 2 weeks. I was able to buy them some more comfortable cones the day after. (They look like cute flowers- I attached pictures below.) There were no complications after they healed, checked their surgery scars, and it looked completely healed, like it was never done! Thank you Halo Vet, I genuinely recommend coming here if you need any vet services.

While looking for an affordable spaying option near NYC. We were told by most places that they were booked for almost a year out. We were eventually referred to Halo Vet and it was the best thing that could've happened. They were extremely friendly and informative. We dropped off our fur baby at 9:00am, got a call at 9:30 that they did an initial checkup and that she needed two teeth extracted. They provided the prices which were very affordable. We got a call around 12:20pm saying that the surgery went well and that we could pick her up at 1:45pm. When we got there they had some paperwork on how to care for her, medicine, e-collar, and her puppy teeth ready for us. We had a follow up question at night that we emailed to them and they replied promptly. It's been two days since the surgery and our baby seems to be doing amazing. We also noticed that they trimmed her nails while she was there! I'm just shocked at the exceptional high quality service at reasonable affordable prices! Will be referring them to all my friends for any veterinary needs!

We found this vet two years ago when we adopted our furry best friend and researching affordable places to have him neutered. I am so glad to have found them when I did because as a first time pet parent worried and anxious, they were super friendly, patient and kind when providing answers to all of my questions. We dropped him off early and picked him up to lots of next steps regarding his care. A year later I received an email that some of his vaccines were expiring and without a doubt we knew we’d be back. The vet conducted a general physical checkup and was so gentle with our fur child who was a little scared to be in a new place. He received lots of positive reinforcement and praise from the vet and assistant because of his bravery! We will definitely return here as needed, highly recommend them ❤️
