I visited Gupton's today with my elderly mom. Aaron was so patient and kind. They have created life long customers with my entire family. It goes a long way when someone takes the time to be kind and explain something. Thank you, thank you, thank you! P.S. your recommendation was amazing. Her dog normally doesn't like anything but he stuck his head in the bag and rooted around, begging the second we walked in. See you guys soon!

We initially came to Gupton’s for better dog food but explored to their winter clothing section for our little pug. A few weeks back we got booties and the owner said we could switch them out if they’re too big, so we did come back cause the booties were too small and upgraded then to a more expensive bootie, we got home and put these new booties on our pug and what seems to be bad quality, the sole came almost all the way off. Guptons is a little out of the way so we waited a week to talk to the owner when we needed more dog food, so when we went to talk to him, he accused us of our dog chewing on the bootie and that’s why it broke. First of all, that’s not a way to talk to a paying customer and accuse us of lying. You just lost a customer due to your attitude.

This is where everyone should come for pet essentials. If you are seeking affordable treats, supplements, clothing, accessories ETC. Gupton is the place. Frozen yogurts, CBD, bully, beds, collars, leashes, toys, and not just for dogs. Ferrets, birds, rabbits, cats and beyond. I left the store speechless because I have never heard about it and that needs to change. COME SHOP HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. 10/10

Nice and friendly people who try their best to give all their customers great service. Despite being an old building, their dog wash is clean, well insulated, has all the amenities, and is reasonably priced. They do a good job with dog grooming and boarding, and have plenty of pet supplies and services available. We've been going to Guptons for many years and are thankful for their service.
