Great Vets and staff! We drive 35 min to take our 5 year old pup and new puppy. Our 5 year old had to have a large molar extracted. The surgery went really well and he healed beautifully. Dr. Feller did an amazing job. Our new puppy was dealing with digestive issues and we were able to get in on Christmas Eve. Dr. Abernathey was so caring and thorough. Highly recommend Gunbarrel Veterinary Hospital.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care my sweet Australian Shepherd has received at Gunbarrel Veterinary Hospital. For the past 6+ years, the staff have been welcoming, compassionate, and truly caring. Dr Michelle Fetters really "went to bat" for my dog. She was thorough, thoughtful kind and comprehensive in accessing my senior dogs situation. She offered options that really helped my dog AND she pointed out possible problems that were likely that i could head off/ better options 2x meds/ and realistically what i needed to.prioritize or not. My other vet clinic did not even make me aware of my options btw.
I left there really grateful to have met Dr Michelle Fetters and have her helping us.

Gunbarrell Vet, their Doggie Day Care and Boarding facilities are the best! The Staff are always professional and take great care of my 2 year old Golden Retriever, whenever I bring her in. She loves it there! The Staff genuinely show they care about my pup! I highly recommend this business!

Gunbarrel Vet provides excellent care in Gunbarrel! My elderly cat who has a complicated kidney condition has been receiving expert care that has allowed her vitals to improve and for her to start gaining weight again, which did not happen at the last vet we went to! The only complaint I have is that the office is impossible to access with public transportation or as a pedestrian as it is directly off of CO 119, so if you don't own a car, you either have to Uber there or you are screwed. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent service!

My 2 hounds are new to Gunbarrel Vet and we’ve - pups included - been very happy with the reception and care we’ve received. The pups like the plentiful treats provided. The facility is very nice, and Dr. Brannigan and the vet techs and front desk staff are all top notch and pleasant. We appreciate it, and are happy to be new clients.
