car Marley collapsed in the parking lot. Debra, Marisa and laura stayed with him until I got there. Grubby Dogs went far beyond the call of duty. I want to publicly thank them for being wonderful and caring.

I have been taking my two dogs here for a year and half. For the most part the grooming was ok. But I started to notice that they got new groomers all the time and i would have to try to explain what i want every time we go in. Most of the time i don't even see the groomer but rather the person working the front desk.
The other problem i started having was scheduling. When I try to schedule my dogs it was hard to get ahold of them. I would call 3 times a day and would even leave a message but no one would call back. So i would have to drive in sometimes just to schedule. Once I do get someone they would tell me they are booking over 2 months out! But when I pick my dogs up I would hear them schedule people on the phone a week or 2 out. So I guess I'm not a favorite. Every other place I have checked (5 of them) all of them could schedule my dogs 1 to 2 weeks out. Normal time if you ask me. So I have moved on to a new place. Sorry Grubby Dog.
