I have been taking my 4 mini schnauzers to the Groom Room for 4 years. Jessi is the absolute best. She's super quick about giving appointments even as busy as she always is. My furbabies sometimes are way over-due getting groomed b/c of myself. She never complains & goes above & beyond to make sure they are very well taken care of while in her care. She does a fantastic job grooming them all. I know a couple can be hard to deal with but she gives them the perfect cut. I highly recommend her. I moved a little further away from her but she is worth the drive. I would never use another groomer. Thank you so much for everything over the years & I value our friendship. You're the very best there is!

I highly recommend Jessi's Groom Room! I've been going to her for a little over a year. She is fantastic with my baby. Trust me I'm very selective when it involves my baby. She always comes out looking and smelling beautiful! Her experience really shows. We love Jessi!

My dogs look horrible the way she cut them. Both look like boy dogs now. I paid $120 for both and they have did nothing but scratch since yesterday. My little one is gapped and has crooked bangs. They never cried like they did leaving them at her basement kennel. I’m just not happy with how she did their cuts. I’ll never use her again. Awful awful as you see in the pics.
