DON'T USE FOR TIME SENSITIVE PROCUREMENT!
I placed an order for a small part on their website. My credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email (showing the shipping charge was double the item cost). Three weeks later when my item had not yet been delivered, I called for an update and was told that my order had been cancelled for "fraud prevention" and that it was not their policy to notify customers when cancelling an order. I can't imagine what their criteria for this decision was, as I was shipping to my billing address with a credit card that I use regularly. The only fraud going on here is their exorbitant shipping charges!

I've ordered from these folks 4-5 times. Pricing is better than at my local JD dealer. And these guys blow my dealer out of the water when it comes to customer service. Today Janet R went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed for my tractor. All the folks I've dealt with have been great, in the past, they even called me to let me know I ordered the wrong part for my tractor before they sent it.

First off, do NOT go for any of their shipping that costs more. I placed an order for two items I needed for a restoration that I was doing and specifically paid extra for 2-day shipping. After they took my money the stuff showed up late because they did not process the order in time and I did not get my items before I had to leave town, which meant my son did not get his birthday present. Not only was the gentleman I spoke to about this rude, he basically told me the policy was on the website and refused to offer me any refund for my extra shipping costs. I will never use this company again.

When I purchased my John Deere, l also bought the factory printed parts book and service manuals. I ordered by the exact part number required. The wrong parts arrived, I paid $30+ to return the $210 parts then was refunded as $160, Restocking fee!!! Do you think I am happy?
