I brought my australian shepherd puppy to Kelly at Green Dog Training one hour per week for 6 weeks. Where she trained me & our puppy the basics. Puppy now sits, stays, stays down, goes to her place & sits at the door to let us go in or out first. Kelly was an excellent teacher (very paitent)! And our puppy loved it so much that we have also boarded her there when we've needed to go out of town. Green Dog is like her second home. We all love Kelly & Carl.

Absolutely amazing! Our dogs are our children as they are for many people and it’s always nerve racking entrusting someone new with them. Carl & Kelly were absolutely wonderful from start to finish with us and our babies & we will definitely be back for boarding & further training. I was able to relax on vacation for the first time in years knowing they were in truly good hands and being well cared for and having some fun as well. I’ve just adopted a wonderful dog from Kelly at Green Dog Training. (She works closely with The Woodlands Dog Rescue . ) I’m so pleased with my rescue dog Archie. He’s so well mannered. Walks so well on the lead . Sits automatically when I stop walking. He knows to sit and stay . Comes when I call his name. Why get a puppy when you can adopt a perfectly well trained youngster from Green Dog Training. His transition into our family has been made so much easier because he’s been so well trained at Green Dog. Thank you Kelly , he’s definitely found his forever home thanks to all your training.

I've been a customer of Green Dog Kennels for about 13 1/2 years. I first took my dog Spirit, a half border collie and Lab mix to Green Dog after rescuing her on the street. I found out about Green Dog through my vet and he highly recommended there services because of their many years of service in the dog industry. I have witnessed their character not only in the way they treat their animals but also how they treat their customers. They are very welcoming and as soon as you open the door, they immediately attend to your dog, playing with them, talking to them, giving them treats to make your dog comfortable and not afraid. I have also had my dog trained by them and, I found the training to be very effective. My dog was about 6 months old and when I picked her up, I was amazed on how well she listened to all her commands. Spirit went on to Doggy heaven and Kelly and Carl knew I was looking for another dog. Last year they found a rescue dog that they took in. They called us and matched us up with a beautiful 72 pound mixed breed, he was already trained but we felt we wanted more training to meet our particular needs. Every time my dog stays there he comes back so happy, sometimes I think he doesn't want to come home. I use to own a kennel and I'm very particular on where I kennel my dogs. Kelly and Carl are good, loving and caring people. As long as I have dogs, they will always get my business and continue to send referrals to them.

Kelly was amazing! We did one on one training with our puppy. Each week there were new skills to work on. She is the most patient person. After all the basic commands, she even taught him a “bed” command to go to his bed and stay. It was s small investment to pay for a well-mannered dog. Completely worth it. We also used the kennel for boarding. Our dog loved it. She even offered a going home bath. Get that. Your dog will smell so good.

Kelly is an amazing, kind, and competent dog trainer! We have seen a tremendous difference in our dog, Blue, since he received training. Blue is a rescue pup and has always struggled with anxiety. We lost our older dog in December 2020 and his anxiety got considerably worse. My husband and I found out we were pregnant just before we lost our older dog and knew that with the loss of his older sister, an upcoming move, and a baby on the way we needed to do something for Blue. We took him to the vet and he started on anxiety medications which only helped slightly. We found Kelly with Green Dog training and enrolled him in her program and we are finally seeing a huge improvement in his anxiety and behaviors! We cannot recommend her enough and feel that without her training, Blue would have really struggled with all of these big life changes. Book her for your dog training needs as soon as possible!

I was shocked when I read a review from someone named Cheryl. I have taken my dog Bella there on numerous occasions and I try to keep in mind that when Kelly, the trainer is with another client that it is my responsibility to be respectful of that persons time with her. The people at Green Dog Training are pros. All of the team members at Green Dog are always courteous and their main concern is my dog, her needs, her habits that need work on. These people go out of their way to provide what the dog owner is asking them to be done. I always leave knowing I made the right choice for my pet and knowing the kennel is monitored 24 hrs a day gives me a peace of mind. There are times that I have had to call back and ask a question and my calls are always handled to my satisfaction. I have never felt like I did not get my money's worth, that is why they have such a repeat clientele.

How could a pet owner take their dog to any facility and have them administer worm medicine to their pet and not expect the dog to lose weight? If my memory serves me correctly the application asked that your pet have all vaccinations and worming done before arrival.

I have used Green Dog Training for both of my rescue dogs with wonderful results. I have also used the boarding and grooming services. I have been taking my dogs to Green Dog Training for 14 years. In fact, when I pull up with my Chihuahua for boarding, he knows where he is and starts getting so excited before we even get out of the car. This tells me that the dog is very happy to be there and that is what really matters.

I highly recommend Green Dog, 14 years of great service and my Chihuahuas just love them.
