My family chose Great Paws Lodge to care for our pet while we were on vacation because it truly appears to be a very nice well-kept facility. Unfortunately, our dog came home underfed, dehydrated, with a broken tail and no explanation as to what happened. I hope this was an isolated incident but am unable to look past this and take my dog there in the future.
