I just took my dog Olive here today and they had the most amazing service and my girl looks awesome super healthy and shiny beautiful cut and super smiley and happy when I picked her up. They have a super cool little shop and were loving and friendly with the dogs . 100% taking her back to them next time. I have had bad experiences with several local groomers. Great Grooms is not one of them. They are friendly and truly enjoy the dogs they work with. I never worry about what might be happening to my dog when I leave him.

The remodel looks great! Really made it feel more welcoming. I appreciate that I can see the dogs being groomed and where the dogs are kept before/after.

I have been coming here for about 4 years. Terri and Eddie are very gentle and patient with my dog who does not like his paws to be touched. They charge decently for my 2 dogs and will always try to fit me in. They are a bit busy, but it’s worth it. I would rather support Great Grooms over Petsmart any day. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the services provided.

I booked an appointment at another groomer and somehow got confused and showed up at Great Grooms this morning. They were very understanding and were able to fit my dog in. This was my first time getting my Golden professionally groomed so I had my worries, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Terri and Eddie. They played with Boomer, made him feel welcomed, took him on a walk to use the bathroom and their prices can't be beat. They were so nice to him that he didn't want to leave when I came to pick him up. I will definitely be coming back and think everyone should give Great Grooms a chance. I think they did a wonderful job grooming Boomer and couldn't be happier with the way things turned out!

Our dog Penelope Bee had a phenomenal experience! She was bathed, cut and her nails were trimmed to her perfection. Eddie did a great job! The woman who helped us at the front desk was awesome as well. Reasonable, and thorough so we will be back.

I love this Dog groomer! I have a Shih-tzu , and a Pekingese I've never been more happier with the outcome. And and both the owners are so kind and patient. I really enjoy talking with them every couple of months. When I take my dogs in my dogs seem to be comfortable and not traumatized, As they were severely traumatized at petsmart.
I'm glad I found a place close to home, and it's a small business that I'm always willing to support. ❤️

John is just amazing - we have been taking Indy our Standard Poodle to Great for 8 years & have never disappointed - they go above & beyond every single time. We would never take our Indy anywhere else - Thank you John for taking care of our cherished family member
