We used Grapevine Placement Agency due to the fantastic, consistent reviews we read online. We attended a wedding in Napa and needed someone to be with our children for the later half of the reception and then into the evening so us parents could have some kid-free time. It was a great experience working with Grapevine. Everything was set for us after we filled out the online form, rates were clear, and expectations around timelines were set.

Our nanny Linda was amazing. She was really flexible and even was able to come an hour earlier when we messaged her. Linda was super kind -- my two toddlers gravitated to her right away! She was nurturing, sweet, read them books, and brought toys based on their interests that I filled out on the online form. It made leaving easier than expected because they were playing with new toys! 10/10 would recommend this agency and Linda was a perfect placement for my children! We felt they were in safe hands the entire time (and this does not come lightly as we rarely use nannies we do not personally know). My daughter told me in the morning she'd like to see Ms. Linda again which made me feel really happy.

We used Grapevine to find + hire a babysitter for a day when we went to Napa for a long weekend. We were thrilled with our sitter - she was wonderful, really understood babies so did not need a ton of briefing, and knowledgeable. With Grapevine, we felt safe based on their background + hiring and vetting of great nannies. We had to reschedule once and their staff was so kind. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using a service like this and the first time we booked a sitter without meeting them first. It was wonderful. The process was seamless and the agency was very communicative.

We were assigned Rima as our sitter. She immediately made us feel at ease. She was warm and knowledgeable with her background as a preschool teacher. She brought her own toys and books and I couldn’t have felt more relaxed by the time we left for the night. Rima gave us updates which was thoughtful and appreciative! I’d recommend to anyone in need of childcare support.

We needed a nanny while traveling to Napa. We contacted a few different agencies and promptly heard back via email and phone from Grapevine placement agency. I was a bit nervous, as one of my children has some behavioral issues. The nanny was early, experienced, and excellent. She even had experience with children with behavioral issues and the kids had a lot of fun! I highly recommend this agency.

Edit - we use Grapevine every time we go to Napa! Every time, we get an experienced nanny and the kids have a great time!

Grapevine to the rescue! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Napa - where we got married - and needed childcare last minute after my in-laws dropped out of watching our baby.
With 24 hours notice, Grapevine was able to connect us to a wonderful babysitter, Patty, who took care of our 5 month old baby. Given how young he was, I was a little bit nervous, but Patty was warm, professional, and clearly knew exactly how to handle our little baby boy. We were able to enjoy our anniversary celebration plans, all thanks to Grapevine and Patty!
