Went to try the slots. Seemed to be a better selection and better payouts than at some of the big-name casinos down the hill. We will be back if things stay the same and they don't start to mimick what the other casinos have done (sellout, make winning impossible, stock too many of the same games that are not interactive, etc.).

Positive: Location is good and staff was kind. I have stayed here 3 times during the middle of the week and would stay again. Negative: The thermostat would only heat up to 62 degrees even when it was set on 80. The frig and night stand were dirty, and the toilet ran. However, the rest of the room was clean. Staff would have moved us, but I used a personal heater and was fine.

We had a very nice time at this Hotel. The service was very good. They could have come by and asked us if we needed drinks more, but it seemed like it was the off season. It was still easy to walk up to the bar and get drinks in between games we were playing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a little noise that passes through the walls. Our view of the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. It is located very close to the Main Street and great restaurants. Try Dostal Alley and Millie’s. The shower in the rooms was one of the better hotel showers I have ever used. The bed was comfortable enough but they don’t provide any supportive pillows, they were a little too soft for my sleeping style. The casino has tons of games new and old, plus they have table games as well. They provide multiple smoking patios to keep the inside smelling good. In all, it was a very nice experience.

On a recent trip to Colorado, where we would normally stay in Black Hawk, we decided to try the Grand Z for a couple of nights. Parking was easy, checking in was simple and the room was certainly nice enough. The casino was modern and we enjoyed the restaurant as well. Service was great from the bell desk, bartenders and the folks running the tables also. It wasn't terribly busy and I'm surprised more people don't use this great facility.

Stayed here last minute while in the area. Our concierge provided an exceptional check-in. I didn't know what to expect upon arrival, and with what we were dealing with at the time, we greatly appreciate the service. Prabath is exceptional at customer service and providing a good customer experience! The entire interaction was positive and quite unexpected in today's world! I wish I took pictures. However, we were attempting to forget about our current situation, and I regretfully did not take pictures. The hotel looks fairly remodeled and/or updated. The room was clean, although small, but large enough. The casino is small but clean and has updated machines. Minimal waitress and bartender service, however, it was slow enough for a Saturday and Sunday that we felt we received good service and enjoyed the entertainment behind the bar with maintenance and the bar tenders!

Such a unique, we'll appointed property. It's not flashy, more reserved, but it's super fun, and we'll lighted. Has easy wheelchair accessability to all games and everything else. The carpet is a step and repeat pattern. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Had a Great time with my wife and friends. Didn't win ... this time, but still had a great time. Room was very comfortable, great view. Staff very friendly and helpful and free breakfast. Great time.
