My cat went in for a bath and shave. They in my opinion did not do a very good job. My boy did have matting around his ears his back and his tail. However they had him from 9am-11am and only completed the bath and shaved him terribly. I feel if they needed more time with my cat they should’ve called and explained what happened, when we picked up they said he had pooped and that’s why they stopped. In my experience a groomer would’ve stopped and allowed my fur baby sometime to calm down, and then re start to get good results without overwhelming the cat. For $100 I’m just kinda upset about how he looks and feel I could have done it myself at home with better results. His fur is super uneven and choppy and his paw pads weren’t even touched. While I’m grateful for the bath I wish i would’ve just done it instead of the whole grooming plan.

Nothing but great things to say about Hayley and the team. She has been so understanding and accommodating with helping us find a grooming solution for our cattle dog/chow mix with allergies. This pup is actually happy to see her (which is CRAZY because he can be a very nervous boy) so he must be having a great experience there. Hayley has been very communicative and flexible with our schedules and needs. Our boys always look so fresh and put together when we pick them up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a regular groomer for their dog 10/10!

Wanted to be sure and leave a review as I was so happy with our recent visit here. We have a great Pyrenees, who was long over due for all the grooming things. We got an appointment super fast, and Alexis spent a tremendous amount of attention and love on Princess, and the final cost was more than reasonable. We will for sure be returning!

Alex and Courtney are awesome!

Alex has worked with my dogs and my cat the most and all 3 of them love her! She shares a special bond with one of our boys, who is the most anxious but they clearly adore each other. I always feel good about leaving my fur babies at grand central grooming. They are great with your fur family.

Aubree is an absolute gem!! After several challenging grooming experiences (including DIY mishaps) she worked pure magic with big bubba gus. Her patience, grace, attention to detail, and genuine love for what she does shine through in every appointment. Aubree has a calming presence that eased Gus’ anxiety completely. He looks forward to seeing her, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention she provides. Highly, highly recommend!!

My lil Rocco is a super anxious dog and have tried several places with no luck. I have seen him handled very poorly from where I took him before so I didn’t want to traumatize him. A friend told me about Grand Central and I gave them a shot. I explained all his past experiences and his anxiety. I felt confident in the team. they managed to file his nails the first visit!!! I can tell they truly care about animals and gave him the utmost care. If anybody is in my situation with a severely anxious dog I suggest you go to them I highly recommend!!!!

I have a new Havanese mix puppy, Winnie, and she's still very scared of other dogs and people, so I wanted to bring her to a groomer where they were aware and she was taken care of and felt as safe as possible during the grooming process. Alex has been so sweet with her and didn't rush her grooming so that Winnie felt okay through the process, and it's made me feel so good knowing she's in good hands. Winnie has been 2 times now, and she will continue to go back. Her last cut was so cute we can't stand it! And they don't try to overcharge you here. Very happy to have found Alex and Grand Central Grooming!
