Our snappy dog got a cute full service hair cut and bath. As her first time she was a bit hesitant but came back looking adorable and happy. Thank you for making the experience the best and I hope to use this mobile grooming often to take care of my puppy!

Rough with my dog as she was nervous getting into the van. Helper was yanking on the choke leash they provided, I had to intervene and I was pissed with that inexperience in handling.
Not sure the nails were clipped, had to ask for hair to be trimmed under (which didn't happen) and back of her hind legs. Was told 'other customers don't do that' I'm not others.
Was extremely rushed which I didn't appreciate and I could have done the same at my house for $25.
$140 for me to ask to trim my dog.
I have used groomers for years with many different breeds as we were involved in a dog business for years.
Beyond disappointed.

Grace and her team are always get our dog Rex groomed. She always meets our expectations. She goes above and beyond. She is always booking us weeks in advance. She is always consistent with her grooming services. She always exceeds our expectations and has our fur baby looking beautiful, soft and clean. Highly recommend her. Don't worry about driving to petco. She comes to the comfort of our home.

My messages requesting a grooming appointment were answered and confirmed at least twice. However, on the day of the appointment, nobody arrived at the scheduled time. I waited more than an hour and received a call that she was running late but would call me back later that day. I never heard back after more than a week of waiting and eventually scheduled a grooming appointment elsewhere.

My 12 year old dog had never been to a groomer because he is always so anxious about every little thing. I figured someone coming to the house would be the least stressful for him. (And ME!) Grace was very sweet and kind to my dog, Harley. She pulled into my driveway and after a brief intro and consult Harley came out of her van an hour later looking clean and handsome and smelling great. She gave him a great cut for his particular fur and his nails are finally trimmed! Highly recommend Grace!

I really was looking forward to trying this company. The reviews looked great but unfortunately I haven't heard a word from them in 3 days - I completed the online message, I left a VM on the phone 24 hours ago and still nothing. I hope they are ok but this is not very good CS. I am forced to look elsewhere.

I had a friend who recommended and after I got my dog I was so happy with work she had done !!!!! I was 100% satisfied call hey and make an appoiment you won't regret it
