I can't say enough great things about Good Dog, DYNO! We were recommended by friends, and it's been an amazing experience from the start. We brought our 10-week-old bluenose pit bull, Mushu, and I wasn’t sure which class to choose. Thankfully, Jonna took the time to walk me through all our options, and we decided on the Release the Beast class. It was the perfect fit, and our pup learned all the basics in such a positive and encouraging environment! Thanks to our wonderful trainers, Lydia & Savannah, Mushu passed her AKC test after just 6 weeks.

One of the best parts is their FREE puppy socializing class for puppies between 8-20 weeks old. It's such an incredible opportunity for young pups to socialize and learn through play, and the team does an excellent job running it.

While this is Mushu’s last week of puppy socializing, we’ve already met so many people who want to continue organizing puppy playdates outside of class! We’re already signed up for our next training class in March, and we can’t wait. I highly recommend Good Dog, DYNO for anyone looking for a training facility—you won’t be disappointed. Plus, the prices are very reasonable! Sign up quick as their spots fill up quickly!

We went to a puppy socialization class this morning and couldn't have been happier. I stumbled upon this training facility after our current puppy socialization class had to be canceled due to the trainer being sick. We had only been to one other puppy socialization class elsewhere, and it left something to be desired. Now having another class to compare to, our trainer Lydia at Good Dog, was much more engaged than where we had previously gone. She gave LOTS of positive reinforcement, and was somehow able to keep track of about 10 dogs effortlessly. Another bonus is that this play dates are free. We will definitely be back and I imagine we will be doing some training here when we finish our current course where we are currently enrolled.

UPDATE:
While on Thanksgiving vacation, we had our dog staying with a Rover sitter, and in less than 24 hours it unfortunately turned into a not great situation. In the airport, scrambling between flights I had to find another solution on where to board our pup. I called Good Dog, Dyno, on the slight chance they had an opening or at least a recommendation on where we could take him(I was not very hopeful, as like I said it was the weekend before Thanksgiving). We were SO lucky that Savannah had a last minute opening!!! And since we were already out of town, she was able to go pick him up from his current boarding location and bring him to her place. She sent us photos everyday and he had so many other dogs to play with. I knew he was going to be in good, safe hands since we trust them with our training classes and daycare as well. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

Bruce and I had an amazing experience with the team!! They were professional and so hands on from start to finish! They suggested classes for Bruce, did 1:1 training to curve some old
Bad habits and got him in the best state to travel and volunteer with me! We just passed our Canine Good Citizen test and he earned his wings on Untied for an Atlanta trip! I highly recommend the team for any aspects of dog training or questions / support! They are so easy to work with and answered my 10000 questions without hesitation.

We did the boisterous barkers class with our very reactive dog and for the first time in a long time I have hope for him! We have taken him through numerous other training courses and could never really seem to get anywhere with him but this class really helped us out. Savannah is an amazing trainer and person and was great at giving us tips to help him specifically. The class is fantastically designed for reactive dogs to help them go from no exposure during class to slowly expose them to each other at a pace that works for them. I can’t recommend DYNO dog highly enough!

I took the Reactive Rover class with Savannah about nine months ago. When I began, my dog George could not have another dog in sight, at any distance, without going 100% berserk. During the class I learned a lot about what was actually happening for him, and strategies to manage it and exercises to work on it. I learned a lot in Savannah’s class and I have kept up with the training.

Today, I was getting back into the car after my now-regular run with George at the off-leash dog park and was overcome by gratitude for how far he has come.

George has gotten to the point where he greets other off-leash dogs politely and calmly. If you told me nine months ago that George would be able to do that at any point in his life, I would not have believed you.

At Good Dog, DYNO, I gained an understanding of what was going on for George in his reactive moments, and learned what my options were about how to handle it without making it worse.
It has allowed me to transform my life and George’s.

I'm so glad we found Good Dog, DYNO! We have worked with their team for ~12 months, both on puppy socialization classes and weekly 1/2 day training with the Barks & Rec program.

We have seen continued growth with our dog's ability to master fundamental cues, socialize with other dogs, maintain indoor/outdoor manners and take ongoing training. We took our pup to the beginner class Fido Foundations and we (and our pup) loved it! The classes made me more confident in training, and our dog grew so much in his skills over the 6 weeks. Lydia is an amazing, knowledgeable trainer who gave great pointers and helped problem-solve any problems we encountered. You can tell that she really cares about every dog that she works with. We’re excited to continue our training with Good Dog Dyno and can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t recommend Good Dog Dyno more highly. We have two dogs, one who is quite social but needs guidance on polite behavior (Brody) and one who struggles with managing his feelings and interacting with the world (Bennie). Brody has absolutely loved getting to socialize in his Barks and Rec program with Lydia (his favorite person in the world), and Bennie is growing a little every day as he works through the Reactive Rover curriculum with Savannah. I’m so grateful for the insight and guidance of Lydia and Savannah with both of our furry children.
