I love this place! Everybody is very nice. My dog is 16 years old. She is blind and wears diapers. It is difficult to wash and trim her because she can’t see so she gets scared. Her groomer is kind, patient and always does an awesome job! The feathers are too cute on her ears. I wouldn’t trust her anywhere else. I’ve referred friends and they love this place as well.

This was my third time at this place. Last time it was a year ago. First two times my dog had a cuts and was acting weird for couple days(hiding in his cage all the time). I decided to give this place another chance, since the place we usually go was busy two weeks ahead. I asked the people at the front desk to be gentle with my dog, that he had cuts before here. They assured me that they will be gentle and it won’t happen. I picked him up, and he has again cuts in his stomach and private parts. He looks sad, and just laying in his cage. I’m very disappointed. He is a good dog usually. Very calm and quiet. I don’t know how this could happen. This doesn’t happen in the other place where we usually go. Looks like they don’t treat the dogs good here. Not good! Not recommended! I will try to do a better pictures later and upload.

Looking for a dog's groom in my area. I found this place. I read all the review. And I say you know what I will try it. My brother did dropped off my puppy. They called me how I want them to cut my puppy a haircut . I told them a girly cut , very cute cut. So here how they cut my puppy haircut. I can cut this at home my self. They are still Argue I never go to go back there again .

I came in as a walk-in which was recommended. In less than 15 minutes my dogs nails were trimmed. Which is what I went in for. It was $12 and one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had either with or without my dog! Let's help local businesses and write reviews that we can all use when trying a new place. I'd give 10 stars if it was an option!

Took my cat with bad dandruff in today for a walk-in. He came out looking like a new cat! So soft and clean, and the women working were very kind to him. Definitely recommend!

I brought my two mini schnauzers in this last Thursday for a haircut and shampoo. I requested they brush their teeth and trim the hair around their eyes. When I picked them up, I noticed one of my dogs left eye where they cut her hair near her eyes so close that her skin was raw, red and irritated. My other schnauzer. Has very long eyelashes. Somehow she ended up with eyelashes in the middle of her eye which I had to trim. The haircut was uneven. They didn’t follow anything that I requested. I will never go back to them again they could’ve seriously hurt one of my little girls.

Amazing!! My pup is anxious getting her nails clipped and we've been rejected by multiple groomers over the past year. Alex took care of Michelle in just a few minutes and she came out with her tail wagging and all nails the perfect length.
I'm so grateful to Alex and golden shears for taking such good care of Michelle!
